First. I love the image quality of this video (and audio too). About the F3, is it a good deal for mobile video? or what are the better alternatives at this price point? Thank you.
I switched from an Exynos S20 FE to this phone, the upgrade is insaaaane, this phone IS very smooth, very powerful, and it doesn't overheat like a creepy old man on a Japanese anime. What you said about the battery is just half of the story, because the superfast charging of this phone is insane, you can get a day of use out of 40 minutes of charging, maybe even after 30 mins of charge in the morning you'll be fine for the rest of the day, i have never been not worried abojt battery life as i am now woth this phone. Cons: The keyboard goes back to the minimum size, even if you keep changing it to a larger keyboard, it will open up small af. If you try to scroll up or down from the middle of the screen, it often doesn't move at all. The gallery app doesn't show all the photos when you open it, you have to go to Albums and then All Photos, which is dumb design. The sound coming from the top speaker is very low, i can't reliably use it to privately listen to audios on whatsapp. Pros: Battery life Charging speed Smoothness Double front speakers with good volume and nice bass, i never cared about this until now, it's quite good. The OS has different tools that make it easier to switch from OneUI. I paid about 70$ less for this than the Exynos S20 FE that completely sucks in comparison to this phone.
@@iordachescucodrin4876 not at all, i tried that at first just to test the phone and i never saw it drop to 20% by 6 or 7 pm, i can start the day with 55% battery and I'll be ok with charging it untill the afternoon. And then, 30 minutes of charge with you another light to medium day of use.
I bought the f3 and I love it. This is a good secondary phone. I love my iphone but i want a good android phone. There are just something good about android that I can't only have ios.
I just got mine yesterday and it really is a fantastic device. The display is just fabulous, I feel like it will forever ruin me when using phones with 60hz displays. I got the white version which I think is the way to go. It has a pearl-y matte finish that shows fingerprints and smudges much less than my previous phones with glossy back covers. It really seems like the only place where this phone is lacking is the camera which doesn't matter to me in the slightest. Everything else is really awesome.
I'm really torn between Poco F3 and redmi note 10 pro. There's not much difference. If i buy the cheaper note 10 pro then the remaining money will be useful. What to do?? Please some advice ☺️
If you are not a heavy gamer and can cope with a good processor that is not as powerful as the one in the F3, then go with the RN10 Pro. It has better rear Cameras than the F3 and has FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm jack.
Budget phones are getting really solid compared with what they used to be. Not to mention with budget devices you are more likely to get crazy good battery life because they use a lower grade chip. But the truth is that for what most need their devices for, chips have been good enough for years.
I really like the design. better than my iphone 11. the only things I really hate are the ads, bloatware, app optimization isn't as good as ios, and say goodbye to using camera for social media apps. but overall, REALLY GREAT PHONE. I managed to remove the ads and bloatware which is great. I just wish the apps are optimized!! :( I love the white version!
Would you recommend the redmi note 10 pro over the poco x3 pro? The x3 pro is a little cheaper and has a little better battery life supposedly and a much more powerful chipset, but the redmi is so tantalising with that amoled beauty
There are many £300-400 phones so you can pick and choose what features you want most. You cannot expect at this price ATM to get every feature you want even though YT creators claim it is disappointing, that is just what it is at this pricing. So for me, who has no interest in SD cards, jacks or water resistance, this seems a great buy. I take less than five photos a week so camera hardware is simply not the main concern. I would prioritise the performance of the chip as my main want, coming from flagships, and clearly this rates right at the top and a long way ahead of the more expensive Galaxy A range. The mi 11 Lite would be another option or the Poco X3?
Great review. The spec is almost too good to be true. The camera is definitely the cut corners they've made but other than that, I'm impressed. Surprisingly nice design too especially in that satin white finish. Bravo Poco. BTW hopefully you can review the A52 and A72 as well because as much as the hardware is tempting, no offense but I still not quite prefer software on many Chinese midrange phones. Cheers Tom 😁
For anyone worried about the software updates and so on, don't be , the custom ROM scene is massive around Poco phones, you can get OEM quality ROMs , debloated and current security patches from forums like xda etc. The lack of "flagship" features means that it's super easy for the phone to be compatible with such ROMs.
😍I ordered mine a week ago for 299€ on aliexpress! 🤗So excited!!!!... What excites me even more is to see how much they'll keep these standards up next year on Poco F4!!!😇
@@baopico729 Btw, I don't know if it's just me but the punch hole camera on Poco F3 is annoyingly small. The Chin is also large but I am probably nitpicking, it's awesome for the price still.

Very good review and very nicely summarised. :) But a small criticism that goes out to all reviewers: Why does almost nobody ever talk about updates, especially security updates? Xiaomi can only achieve this price because it provides a maximum of two years, one major Android version update and probably not even regular security updates for its Poco line-up. Of course, the Oneplus Nord and the Nokia then have the worse specs. The Nord gets two version updates and bi-monthly security updates for three years and the Nokia gets three version updates and monthly security updates. Obviously, this costs money, which must be included in the purchase price. Then there is also the fact that Xiaomi deliberately blocks apps, in this case benchmarks. For these reasons alone, I would not recommend the phone to anyone who wants to play on it for a long time, as thermal throttling cannot be tested this way. Nor would I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their phone for a long time, especially to use sensitive applications such as online banking on it. I would not buy this. And would not recommend to buy it ;)

Talking about speaker, both phone has stereo speaker ..and i read on GSMARENA poco f3 has louder sound than A52 5g..but poco f3 lacks of headphone jack also..which is give 1 advantages to A52 5g..but at the end,it depent on your priority and preferences..

Some people like Android because of the freedom it gives you to change absolutely everything to your liking... by everything I mean EVERYTHING.. icons, animations, fonts, interface, physical button uses, etc. Apple doesn't let you chance anything, maybe only changing to a larger font size for the visually impaired, but that's it. What you see is what you get.. But trust me when I say, what you get is pretty amazing. And in my opinion, today, it's better than Android. I did grab poco f3 for 299 EUR directly from poco on early bird offer beast phone i did also find really good case for it ringke fusion x camo version with black glossy back of the phone It looks really good and telephone feels protected i recommend it for anybody seeking case for f3
should i buy poco x4 pro,poco x3 pro or poco f3?
Cons:
The keyboard goes back to the minimum size, even if you keep changing it to a larger keyboard, it will open up small af.
Pros:
Battery life
Charging speed
Smoothness
Double front speakers with good volume and nice bass, i never cared about this until now, it's quite good.
The OS has different tools that make it easier to switch from OneUI.
I paid about 70$ less for this than the Exynos S20 FE that completely sucks in comparison to this phone.
If you use it medium only( youtube, browser, music, mobile data) any trouble getting a full day of use?
@@iordachescucodrin4876 not at all, i tried that at first just to test the phone and i never saw it drop to 20% by 6 or 7 pm, i can start the day with 55% battery and I'll be ok with charging it untill the afternoon. And then, 30 minutes of charge with you another light to medium day of use.

Poco f3 is good Overall? For everyday use?
Apart from the camera which u can get a g cam.. it's perfect
Im watching this video on my Poco F3!! 🤣😋 it's an exceptional phone. Really love it 😎😁
You can use adb to delete all the bloat.
It takes a few minutes

I'm really torn between Poco F3 and redmi note 10 pro. There's not much difference. If i buy the cheaper note 10 pro then the remaining money will be useful. What to do?? Please some advice ☺️
If you are not a heavy gamer and can cope with a good processor that is not as powerful as the one in the F3, then go with the RN10 Pro. It has better rear Cameras than the F3 and has FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm jack.
Thank you Tom great video as usual but can you please review the dimming issue while playing the genshin impact!

@@gwales10 The OnePlus runs out of battery quicker. We love the Poco phones for holding up to the heavy use of the everyday consumer...
Budget phones are getting really solid compared with what they used to be. Not to mention with budget devices you are more likely to get crazy good battery life because they use a lower grade chip. But the truth is that for what most need their devices for, chips have been good enough for years.
It's a great flagship killer for those who don't use camera often.
Me
.. and me
Also you can always install Gcam. And you will have premium camera
Specially if you don't record at 60fps, stabilization is BS at the moment
I really like the design. better than my iphone 11. the only things I really hate are the ads, bloatware, app optimization isn't as good as ios, and say goodbye to using camera for social media apps. but overall, REALLY GREAT PHONE. I managed to remove the ads and bloatware which is great. I just wish the apps are optimized!! :( I love the white version!
Would you recommend the redmi note 10 pro over the poco x3 pro? The x3 pro is a little cheaper and has a little better battery life supposedly and a much more powerful chipset, but the redmi is so tantalising with that amoled beauty
I have the x3pro i would suggest x3 pro as it is much faster
Ooooh, cool thumbnail. I didn't even recognize it was your video at first.

I was considering poco f2 pro, this is probably the one to go for now.
Good call, I don't think there will be a successor this year.
@@baopico729 Btw, I don't know if it's just me but the punch hole camera on Poco F3 is annoyingly small. It's feel out of proportion and the corners of the display is so curved, I'd have liked them to be a little more boxy somewhat like Samsung Note series. The Chin is also large but I am probably nitpicking, it's awesome for the price still.
poco f2 pro is great, but it is last year's phone, so poco f3 will probably get android 13, while f2 pro might not.
@@kimberly_lippington SD 865 > SD 870
SD870 is an overclocked version of SD860 which is the overclocked version of SD855+ if I am not mistaken. There's a screen dimming issue while gaming for a long time.
Poco F2 pro main camera sensor > Poco F3
Poco F2 pro battery endurance > Poco F3
Poco F2 pro's design > Poco F3
Poco F2 pro headphone jack vs Poco F3 no headphone jack.
Poco F3 is better at the refresh, sampling rate of the screen, stereo speakers and 1 more major update.
If there's a huge price gap in between the two when it arrives my country I'll go for Poco F2 pro.
@@kasadam85 nooo, sd870 is overclocked version of 865+, that's why both of them support 5G connectivity. 860 is overclocked version of 855+, and both of them has no 5G support. LMAO

I can't go back to 60hrz anymore hahahahaha.
Snapdragon 870 is such a sweet treat for this price range.
Another great review. Have you reviewed the Poco X3 NFC ? (I think that's what it's called).
Yep last year, I do have the new X3 Pro in at the moment too
Now it's even sweeter to own this phone, it costs under £300. The only drawback for me is lack of Micro SD card.
Very good review and very nicely summarised. :)
But a small criticism that goes out to all reviewers:
Why does almost nobody ever talk about updates, especially security updates?
And would not recommend to buy it ;)
Thankssssss

There's no 870 G, just 870.

With Poco, you get way more for your money in terms of the phone itself.
I mean in terms of the actual hardware you get; The memory, processor, phone display, etc.
