Fighting Rosetta was a pain for me but I learned that switching out fighters mid combo allows you to escape her chains. Saved me alot of damage and eventually I got to the point where I almost take no damage like you. Her patterns are hard to keep up with but with time you can eventually make her look like a clown. XD

Man it's aged like wine,yeah i know the 3rd gen of PGR was an peak animation but this video still give me some chills with 1st gen construct.Kinda love to see they're improved so much and made a Wuthering Waves.
