Kaso pinapagamit na lang sa CNN Philippines yung RPN9 na kung tutuusin mga basura lang naman pinapalabas. And since nadevelop na ng pamahalaan ang PTV4 binitawan na lang nila ng tuluyan itong IBC13. Kalungkot pa nga rin hanggang ngayon e 😢
