Paul Baluk I think it looks over complicated for what it is. I usto run a heath super chaser extra with a different lifting carriage and it was a lot simpler design and worked really well if I can find the video with me in it I will try link it into another comment

normally im not into this kind of stuff but thanks to technology, and simulator's it peeks my interest in the real stuff....so thanks for uploading these videos mate
Jack White it is called “dorshooi”. The hay that is left after harvesting grass seed. It is usually not used as feed, but for example as animal bedding.
i wasnt the only person who noticed the engine rpm then, thats a hell of a system in that tractor, iv allways been use to 540/1000 at 1900rpm or 540 at 1500.
love baling videos. i would like to see some nice case magnum tractors doing this job, allthough the 1050 fendt ist the best tractor in this hp category in my opinion
I am from Algeria and I love working in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry, and I want to work with you in this field. Thank you very much...
Thanks for the video will this stuff be used for feed is that why you're cutting it. How long does the knives last in the machine. Have a great afternoon
Thanks! Yes, this will used for cattle and horses to feed during winter. Not sure how long the knives last, it depends also what kind of crop you are baling, in grass and hay the knifes wear out much faster then straw for example.
Il me semble qu'il doit sûrement manquer un peu de puissance devant la presse Krone, ça doit être vraiment très juste. Un Quadtrac 620 devrait aller et encore... 🚜
the header is set up wrong!!! it is designed to be suspended just off the ground about a 1/2 inch to 1 inch if it rides on the ground like this one is it will bend the pivots on the header wheels and wear out the the bushing that the header pivots on. the replacement of the header parts that will wear out is upwards of $20K US dollars trust me i know this from experience you dont want these costs....
Hi. I have a question. By saying the header do you mean the baler header or the header of the bale chasing cart. I have a small square baler, but I still need to learn a few things and this is valuable knowledge.
i guess becouse that baler have 54 knifes that chop the straw in to 5 cm pieces. a baler that just made bales could be pulled by a weaker tractor,, but then they had to use a stronger tractor later chopping up the bales later if they needed it for say laying a thin fluffy layer of bedding.
@@carlolson9257 Thats the most yellow hay i have ever seen, hehe But they say in the video that that the baler use 54 knifes to chop it up,, + the krone baler have a heavy flywheel that a tiny tractor would struggle just to start since the whole baler is driven thru the PTO SHAFT.. The flywheel just take the tops of the pressure when the piston that compress the chamber need max pressure. but if you removed the knifes i guess a smaller tractor might have been able to pull it, just a bit slower. making uncut bales. where say the feed mixer wagon did the chopping
The crop cutter of the baler can't handle any faster speed within this hay, maybe in straw you can drive a bit faster. But your right, 500hp is a bit to much for this baler as it only requires around 300/350 hp.
No matter what the technology, every bale needs to "sit in a paddock" and be handled several times before it reaches long term storage due to its bulk. Maybe that extra horsepower (500 HP) can be used to pull a full sized (20 ft) shipping container & handling system that slides directly onto road transport waiting adjacent to the paddock with a fresh empty container to swap for the full one.
thunder12121 Wow thats super fast! But ya that’s what I am used to with the Hesston big square balers as well, not quite as fast though! Worked in the service dept of a New Holland and later on a AGCO Massey and Hesston dealership for 20 years.

The Heath Super Chaser is the star of this video.. holy moly is that ever a versatile but simple machine!

Nice video. I like FENDT Tractors 💪

Another great video. I love how the bale stacker offsets the top row for stability. Genius.
Speriamo che il nostro pianeta possa reggere questi ritmi, sempre piu grandi, e , giganteschi ,queste macchine ,!!!
The best farming videos on RUclips, very interesting to watch how other farmers approach the same problems all farmers have.
Fendt& Krone = German Engineering 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
👍👍👍👍🇪🇺🇹🇷
Wow is that tractor big! I didn't think you could make one of these balers look small but this thing makes it look like a little toy.
The 1050 is a thing of beauty. Every time I see it it brings a smile to my face which is weird because it's a tractor 😂
Amazing video, love it Krone and Fendt together what a perfect combo, have a Krone just need a Fendt yet 😁
The trailer for lifting the bales is pretty clever engineering.
It is. But nothing! compared to whats going on inside a baler or a combine which has to be the most complex agricultural piece of equipment invented.
There's no way in hell that someone, better yet two of the world strongest people could lift those.
Jim's videos me my dad and my uncle made one of them took us 6 months lovely piece of kit very complex
Cameron Kinnan me and me dad can move them square bales around

Nice! - and finally video created with (good) music stopped when points of interest are present. -well done!

The tires just need to be feather apart ah? Can he not drive faster seeing that 1050 Fendt has 500 hp?
Tires are spaced for road travel and you can only go as fast as the baler's pickup will feed the crop in. Any faster and you'll plug the baler.
The crop cutter of the baler can't handle any faster speed within this hay, maybe in straw you can drive a bit faster. But your right, 500hp is a bit to much for this baler as it only requires around 300/350 hp.
