I agree alot with Potash. Poles most impressive move was not signing the DT that couldn't pass the physical. & clearing the cap space build a fiscally sound team. Eberflus has had the most turnover rosters the last 3 seasons. Respect makes him a good Coach.

Ted brought the property without a tax agreement in place! That's the big problem!
You can't have a tax agreement in place when you purchase a property!! 2 totally different things!!!
The big problem is another super greedy government looking at every opportunity to steal more money. A vacant lots value is much lower than a lot with a revenue generating business. But Arlington heights is trying to tax then based on the future, not the current state.
