Dame Shirley Bassey is born in Welsh and is mostly remembered by the Bond songs she recorded (Diamonds are forever and Goldfinger). But to those who dig deeper in her music can find a variety of beautiful, powerful and moving songs. Her voice is one of a kind, and even now, in her older days, she can still sing very well. She preserved her voice to the point where it can still surprise you, in a good way, and move you, both physically and emotionally.
I haven’t seen any videos like this of her so I decided to make one, out of my respect and admiration.

Paul, thanks for the Compilation. Having followed DSB since I was 9 years old and now at 74 it's very difficult if not impossible to choose 50 Best High Notes. Having been privileged to have been at The Royal Albert Hall earlier this month to hear that Voice again was Fabulous. With my very best wishes. Frank Edwards.

When you belt like Shirley, you can't really have big range in chest
@@takemyhand1988 No, it actually depends. Look at Whitney for example, she belted with a chest-mix and managed to go up to an A5 at one point.
