Then suddenly one day i was found your video...       @@nadiaali3202 yes...i ate less amount of food...and drink lots of water... avoid junk food...fast food...packed items like chips kurkure etc....and eat only green vegetables...salad ,,fruits,,,eggs for protein...daliya,,,oats,,,soup,,,and chapati.. i totally avoid rice.. such things i did...i hope u get your point 😊😊😊

      Even when I started I could keep up for 12 minutes.. then it became 25 minutes and now I can do the whole 30 minutes without losing energy. These moves are really good for those who want to start somewhere but don't have much stamina... You can stop wherever you need and do the cool down.. and I like the fact that jumping is minimal.

    I usually do not comment on videos. But you never fail to impress people like me . I have a problem of pcod and I never get my periods I am forced to take medical treatment. And one year ago I got my periods without any medicines just bcz of u ...and now the same thing happens again .literally I am going to follow ur dance videos daily .
