It's soothing 😌 for my soul to see British Pakistani Family visiting India to see their grandparents birth village in India. My parents and our ancestors were living in Village Kunjha (Now a Tehsil) District Gujrat for many centuries. My parents were transferred to Delhi from Lahore in 1946. My father was working in Indian Railways. I have seen hundreds of 1947 partition videos. Almost all of these videos show almost 10 Lakhs (One Million People) people were butchered like sheep and cattle) on both side of the border for no fault of theirs. To say the least, these were mostly simple, illiterate, and hard working people. The three governments (British, Indian, and Pakistan) of the times were totally incompetent and leaders of the time were busy celebrating the newly acquired power. They didn't give a shot to regular folks. I pray for all those souls who suffered death and destruction in 1947 in the name religion. God bless the survivors of 1947 who may be in the age group 80-100 or more. Both Indian and Pakistan Governments should be liberal in giving Visa to the people over 80 years of age without any hassle.
At the time of partition, there was a blood bath in Punjab, and no commission has been made by the two governments. All the responsibility has been put on the public. Apart from Punjab, there are a large number of Hindus and Sikhs in the Pakistani provinces of Sindh.Kpk. and Balochistan. Sikhs and Hindus were wiped out from Pakistani Punjab and Muslims from Indian Punjab. Like Pakistan, Muslims are settled in other states of India except Punjab. A commission should have been formed about why Punjab became the target of riots. The administration of the two side was either involved in the riots or was neutral. Even if the administration ends in today any part of the world, the result will be the same as the partition of India.

ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਵਾ ਹੈ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ। ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਰਹਿ ਵੀ ਗਏ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ, (ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੀ ਰਹੇ) ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਾਰ, ਮਸਜਿਦਾਂ, ਕਬਰਿਸਤਾਨ ਆਦਿ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਕਈਆਂ ਮਸਜਿਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੱਜ ਜਾ ਤਾਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾ ਦਿਤੇ ਗਏ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਮੱਝਾਂ ਗਾਈਆਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਦੀ ਪੈਰੀ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਗੇ ਸਿਰ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ, ਅੱਜ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੰਡਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਉਦੋਂ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਉ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਫਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਆ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸਲਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਬਾਦਤ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ (ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਇਹੋ ਸੋਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਨੇ ਪਰ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ) ਇੱਕ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਉ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰਹੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਹਾਲ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਕਹਿ ਦੇਵਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਸਜਿਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੁਰੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ। ਵੰਡ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਗਭਗ 21% ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸਿੱਖ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਅੱਜ ਘੱਟ ਕੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚ 1-2% ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ, ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਅੱਜ ਇੰਨੀ ਘੱਟ ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਜਨਸੰਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੀਤੀ ਰਿਵਾਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਠ ਪੂਜਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਸਾਨੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖੀਏ..... ਅਖੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਨੇ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੁਝ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਹੈ ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ।
Muslims ( especially who migrated from Indian Punjab in 1947) and Sikhs are same , same blood , traditions, Culture and they speak Punjabi and always defend and speak to save Punjab . Hindus are responsible for Partition of our Punjab in 1947 and still they stand against Punjab and always plan/ collaborate with RSS/BJP and Modi to destroy Sikhs, Muslims and our remaining Punjab.
