for someone so good at GeoGuessr, he's actually remarkably bad at scanning the map for place names. In another video for a similar map, he moved the mouse at least three times right over the train station while narrating that he couldn't find the train station
14:16 yea Holdens can be found in the middle east but they are branded as Chevrolet, for example that one was Chevrolet lumina which is a Holden commodore.
This is one of my new favourite GeoGuessr maps it really makes you think and challenges your problem solving and deduction skills. Thanks for the great video, keep up the amazing content!!
Ararat, Armenia, the city you saw and Ararat, Australia are both named after Mount Ararat. Mount Ararat is most known for being in the center of the coat of arms of Armenia and the national symbol of Armenia, yet not being in their territory.
@@worcestershire-sauce well, my family is armenian I can tell you Armenians are patriotic about the mountain because they are very Christian and also it used to belong to them

Bro, sorry that i did not like your videos before, such a bad person I am. You are a Goat of Geoguesser and fr my favorite youtuber at the Moment. Keep the Pace Man!!!
1. Watched the first seconds so I went Belarus based on your comment :( 2. Bosnia, cause it's close enough to Italy 3. Algeria cause of the plate 4. Didn't see the sign but got Mauritania anyways, 5. Found the town, your initial marker was basically on it >.< 17k 1. Looked like Qatar/UAE, found Seef in Bahrain 2. Reminded me most of Cyprus, but driving on the right, but I'm ill so after a bit of debating my brain still went Cyprus even though I excluded it earlier. 3. Clueless. went Lebanon cause some English, but felt more eastern (which it was). 4. Plate looked British/French so I wanted to go Cyprus, but again right side of the road. Went Armenia cause it looked a bit mediterranean like the previous round, even though the plates don't fit. Algeria makes a lot of sense cause of the French plates (and it being connected to the mediterranean sea)... I'll blame the illness again. 5. Got 0 vibes so went Mozambique because Portuguese... But even that wasn't right... 9k 1. UAE vibes again, but gambled Kuwait instead of Bahrain this time. 2. English, American cars, driving on the wrong side, if only I knew what these clues added upto... Went Jamaica, no idea. 3. Floating sign, blacked out Mercedes, surely it's Bosnia this time. 4. Wrong side of the road, vibe check = Cyprus 5. Looked like Russia a bit too much so I went with white Russia, but unfortunately it was Moldova :( 15k Watching the video now, not too unhappy with my performance, unfortunate that I missed the Barbados flag :(
Armenia and Cyprus both have quite a lot of volcanic rocks (seen in the background); that you don't find in Georgia. But the houses were completley wrong for Cyprus.
This is so different from the regular Geoguessr, where we already know all the tiny little caveats and try and find bollards/poles and other small stuff. Also much more middle east so I get to see countries close to Israel that I will never be able to visit.
23,944 pts on first game - almost got the 5k in the last round but chose the wrong intersection. Only major difference from your game was that I guesed Armenia correctly on the second round. 13,451 on the second game - totally messed up the Saudi round. Went Baghdad because of the sign in the Baghdad round and got rewarded lol. Actually had the vibe for northern Algeria but got caught up on the license plates (thought they were Cameroon, forgot those are way more orange) 15,387 on the third game - got Tunisia vibes on first round so I went Libya. Went Trinidad over Barbados. Next two were pretty straightforward, final round I thought I saw Cyrillic so I went Belarus over Moldova.
Game 1: Looked eastern european, I couldn't think of countries that used non-cyrillic and didn't have streetview that wasn't bosnia, got confused and sent Kazakhstan 🤦.. 2: sent Morocco, yeah that was dumb .. 3: License plate gives it away but got a good score of 4520 .. 4: really easy got 4900+ .. 5: Wasn't sure if it was armenia or azerbaijan but language seemed to line up more with armenia and got 4500 giving me a total score of 14,218 so not terrible------ Game 2: We don't talk about it only good guesses were Iraq/Algeria, 13k---------- Game 3: Did really really well, 21,931 getting correct city for 2 countries, a city only a couple kilometers away for another 2 countries and screwing up the last country by going belarus (finally won a challenge round ;) )
1. round: 14.833 messed up the first second and third one, but i got the 5k in armenia and mauritania was pretty much also a 5k 2. game: 15.606 points i got a 5k on bahrain didnt get the saudi arabia got baghdad went morrocco on algeria (the number plates were different ??) and i got paraguay but not too close) 3. game: 18.192 points got barbados cyprus and bosnia pretty much spot on went kuwait on bahrain and im starting to develop a hatred for moldova which is not smth i was expecting to ever say but i went duschanbe ://
Am I tripping or is that not a commodore at 13:40 ? Nvm you realised it aha, also its a VY commodore which is wierd as I am fairly knowledgeable on cars and know that the VT/VX were branded as pontiacs as well as the VE then the VF was Chevy. I've never heard of or seen that model of commodore being in the American market making it very much out of place. Could be wrong tho and they did make an American VY. Second edit- turns out they sell that generation basically only in Arabic countrys branded as a Chevy
never felt more pain than watching you attempt to scan the whole country for karbi while your marker is literally right next to it
Same lol
Me too, apparently yelling at the screen doesn't help 🤣

Never knew they made a VY in the American market, cool to learn. I know of the pontiacs and Chevy SS but I thought it skipped VY
I literally can't when you were searching for karbi
damn you were right on Karbi before you moved it haha

Algeria has the same thing uk has. Front plates are white while the back are yellow.
Ararat, Armenia, the city you saw and Ararat, Australia are both named after Mount Ararat. Mount Ararat is most known for being in the center of the coat of arms of Armenia and the national symbol of Armenia, yet not being in their territory.
It is the mountain where Noah (the one with the ark) found land. Also everything is named after ararat in armenia :p

On the Saudi Arabia round in the second game, you had yellow outer lines so it would have to be in the Middle East.
Can't believe I beat you on the first game! Got 24.136.
Got butchered on the other rounds, so I'm very proud of the first one!
