This is really incredible! if you look through it like those 3d posters that were popular 15 years ago ( slightly cross your eyes or imagine looking through the screen), specifically in the center area it becomes 3D! One of the best effects I have seen on youtube to date. 5 ++++ stars! it's mind altering! I Must study this topic further.

One possible way to watch this video: Hold your mind and your eye to the center but don't try to focus on the center. Allow the colors and textures and details and the motion to wash over you without becoming attached to any little part of it. If you get distracted, that is perfectly natural. The essence of meditative skill is to release the distraction and start again.
