Damn dude on the right is a straight cass hater lol. I will say that unless your paying close attention to Cassidy bars they will go straight over your head. Like the “swear you ain’t run into me by accident before my crash” you know like a car crash people usually run into people on accident. it’s light and not like a haymaker but his style is so different. Most battle rappers is a bunch of fillers and nonsense to lead into a bar. But his will have tons of bars with a haymaker here n there. I think if dude saw the face off before this would of changed his perspective of the battle because most of this first round was about the face off. Cass does need to speed his verse up and trim the fat though!...
Also he’s getting paid from wild n out, but he would of also got paid probably more from the g league so that’s just another hater mentality trying to neglect positive aspects.

Exactly! And they ain’t catch the rhyme pattern through that whole scheme. You hit the nail on the head, tho… The punches they criticize and always point out are actually just setups to the main bar. He literally punches throughout the whole round. The battle rap fans are used to 4 bar setups then the punch. But Cassidy goes 12-16, even 20 bar setups and punches throughout. And their ears aren’t trained for that. So they count his setups like they’re supposed to be haymakers.
The hate is definitely real! This nigga just had a negative reaction to Cass saying “Yeahhhhh” before the verse even started. Bwahahahahaha!!! If that ain’t hate, I don’t know what is.
