Improve squats with external shoulder rotation

  • If you are smart enough to train a weak muscle, you should be sort enough to train a weak position or posture as well. Muscles move bones and we want to achieve certain positions we need to train the muscles responsible for that movement. Creating external rotation abilities through full ROM will exponentially help you a maintain those positions.
