I'm guessing a few things here after watching many of these sad videos: 1. These Allenme people are training the monkeys to stand upright by tying their shoulders behind their backs and putting heavy backpacks on them. They are trying to develop the leg muscles by doing so. 2. The reason is because there is still money in street monkey performances. These all involve getting monkeys to stand on hind legs. I'm betting Allenme are the ones who first get them to get them "ready". 3. The monkey king video is likely a monkey farm, such as the one in Baowan. 4. Also, the practice of barely filling the bottle gets them to stand upright as well. These videos show such cruelty to these babies and I'm hoping that something can be done soon. People's ignorance and/or greed is unbelievable.

Teasing them with food, giving them empty wrappers, etc. They display signs of neurosis such as rocking. They show fear grimaces when she speaks to them. She punishes them by squeezing their arms tightly and yelling at them. Didn't take a genius to figure out that these things are not beneficial to a primate.
