“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

“If it is true that everything was made by him, then every age, time, and interval of time-even that time “when he was not”-was made by him. So is it not incredible that they say that there was a time when the one who created time, ages, and seasons (and they are so confused that they include the time when he “was not” in that list) did not exist? It is not only ignorant, but it also goes against all reason, to claim that a person who creates something can come into being after the thing that he created! They say that there is an interval of time in which the Son was not yet begotten of the Father. According to them, this interval is the time before the wisdom of God existed, by whom all things were created. But this contradicts the passage that says he is the “firstborn over all creation” [Col. 1:15].”
-St. Pope Alexandros, Letter to Alexander
St. Pope Alexander using the argument that if the Son was a creature then that means there was an interval of time before the Son. This interval of time is technically part of creation since time is created. This would oppose Scripture and would mean that the Son came after the creation of time. Nice argument against Jehovas Witnesses who use this passage and Proverbs 8 in regard to the divinity of the Son.

Jesus is the Father of Eternity (Isaiah 9:6 - LSV). I know most English translations refer to him as the 'Everlasting Father' or 'Eternal Father', but that's not how the Jews who translated the Septuagint understood it. The 'Father of Eternity' rendition also makes more sense than implying the child is the Father.

This absolutely prove that there was a time Christ did not exist. The Father and the Holy Spirit created the Son. The bishop's of the early church argued this as well. The first council of Nicea. This does not change Christ's divinity because he is still the only begotten of the Father. just as Christ say many times that He came not to do his will but the will of the Father. Christ also says that ONLY the Father knows the day and the hour of his return. Christ is not Wisdom. There are three that bear record in heaven.
Proverbs 8:1Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?
2She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.
3She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
4Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
5O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
22The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
23I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
24When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
25Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
26While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
28When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
29When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
    30Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
31Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.
