Things worked out one step at a time. If you're in this situation since I've been there I advise: 1. Put all your trust in God. Make your self really KNOW that God is there for you. Remind yourself constantly. Then think of what you can do and start doing it. (Be present focus on your breath be present feel your feelings don't run away, let them be there and you aware of them) Don't let your mind take you too far ahead. Driving in the dark you can travel thousands of miles with just your headlights, you don't need yo see far ahead just those few feet in front of you. And the whole journey will unfold step by step. This is the mind set you must put yourself in to get through this. Otherwise panic will set in, negative thoughts and energy and you don't need that it won't help. Just KNOW God is there for you and will make a way for you. You must KNOW that. That's the trick. So simple yet so impossible for many of us. Do you believe in God? Really believe? I've been home from the hospital 1 week after being in there 3 weeks. I had bacterial Pneumonia in my blood & the flu in my lungs. The ID doctor said she was concerned about me. When she saw me she said I looked so much better, & many of the medications I was on are either no longer needed or will be modifed. She also said people who've had what I did usually don't recover like I have. 3 years ago I had SEPSIS & was on ICU. Dr said I was knocking at deaths' door. 4 months later I had COVID-19 & Pneumonia. Dr's said there's got to be a higher purpose for my life because the way I came in and the way I left?????😮 When my neighbors saw me walking last week he screamed because I was walking & not on my scooter.
