    Some major mistakes in repair technology, for example the rail shouldn't have been cut before pulling it, new rail has been welded in random place and angle without setting correct height of it, even if there were some measurement but not shown in movie. Next mistake is cavity wax before painting the, the paint will not stick to waxed surface.

    Do you make the metal inserts (backing strips) for connecting the old panels to the new panels before welding?

    • @xinxianshi

      Yes, in auto body repair, these backing strips are often cut from replacement parts to fit the specific contours and dimensions of the repair area. They are placed behind the seam between the old and new panels and serve as a basis for welding, helping to ensure a strong and long-lasting bond between the panels.

    я думал только наши такой фигней занимаются. у нас такого Франкенштейна ни на учет не поставишь ни страховку на него не оформишь. если уже страховая компания списала автомобиль в тотал, проще пустить его под пресс, чем чинить, а потом иметь постоянные проблемы с оформлением документов на него

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  9 месяцев назад +1

      Такую машину можно нормально продать и купить с обычной страховкой. Я знаю, что отремонтированная машина не годится, но некоторые люди просто любят покупать по выгодной цене.

    • @Ciaphas-Cain
      @Ciaphas-Cain 9 месяцев назад

      @@xinxianshi у нас существует практика - если страховая компания списала машину в тотал, она попадает в базу данных доступную всем страховым компаниям и автомобиль фактически получает "черную метку", то есть ни одна страховая не возьмёт на себя за неё ответственность.

      @ IMHO такую машину может купить только идиот. сейчас поясню почему: при списании машины в тотал страховая компания выплачивает автовладельцу остаточную стоимость автомобиля на момент ДТП. сам автомобиль страховая компания забирает у автовладельца. при этом машина снимается с учета в автоинспекции с пометкой "не подлежит восстановлению". затем то, что осталось от автомобиля попадает на аукцион годных остатков, за которым следят ВСЕ страховые компании.
      с этого момента машина превращается в НЕДВИЖИМОСТЬ!!! потому, что автоинспекция не поставит его на учет из за того, что по их базе он числится как металлолом и ни одна страховая компания не оформит на него страховку по той же причине!!!
      допустим, такой автомобиль попал в ДТП со смертельным исходом, а причина смерти - несработавшие подушки безопасности. если страховка оформлена, ВСЯ материальная ответственность ложится на страховую компанию. по вашему в страховой компании работают идиоты? да никто в жизни не возьмет на себя такую ответственность!!!

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  9 месяцев назад +3

      That's a valid concern. Repairs like this can compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle, especially if the original frame or structural components have been significantly damaged. In the event of another collision, the structural weaknesses from the previous repair could indeed make the situation worse. That's why it's crucial for repair shops to ensure that proper repair techniques are followed and structural integrity is maintained to the best extent possible.

    if the female has damage then junk it,

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  9 месяцев назад

      If the damage is extensive and the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the vehicle, or if the vehicle has structural issues that compromise safety, then junking it might be the most practical option.

    "Is it normal to weld without a mask? To become blind quickly, there's nothing better. And closing your eyes at every point isn't enough."
    "マスクなしで溶接するのは普通ですか?早く失明したいなら、これ以上ない方法です。そして、各ポイントで目を閉じるだけでは十分ではありません。"

      マスクなしでの溶接は安全ではないことを思い出させてくれてありがとう。 しかし、これは長年にわたって身についた習慣であり、短期間で変えるのは難しいです。
