Came here after reading his book and literally sat crying seeing what he described and his wife so full of emotion and pride! He did it! We went from being humiliated on that stage to winning a bloody bafta! And we was so sweet and happy 😊

In his second autobiography he writes about being on this same stage in 2009 to give out a BAFTA and how he made a joke about if anyone needed a pee which was met with total silence.
His agent consoled him afterwards by saying he should stick it to them by winning a BAFTA.
Well he did just that. Sadly by the time it happened his agent had passed away. 😔
