I think ryan and bloodbear have equal powers, the only thing stopping them to fight is that ryan is an person, and so are outside of the computer and able to edit the video, whilst blood bear is a digital entity that cannot leave the computer, i think this because the initial photo of the website looked like ryan was infected by red freddy, and so was the nightmare bonnie drawing video, and in ryan's first and only appearance on video, ryan actually APPEARS inside the video, and i think those small frames of ryan's face in the next scene were bloodbear attempts to corrupt ryan, but since ryan was only an image and not an model being animated and or since ryan was on equal power with bloodbear the only thing he was able to do was make his head glitch a little
