Yes that final chain is a tough one to get off during movement. I've been able to take advantage of it a few times in PVP; Mostly against plate with UD on. But it's situational based on their kiting style too...
Yeah it is, i have venomous strike instead of sigil strike so when they run i have extra backstab and can use assassination, ever tried that stigma build? after first 2 bestial chain then rune carve and can use rune :D also my ping is 200 on tiamat so sometimes i even do massacre while in air:D but i hate that ping, its hard to locate real position of enemy coz of it. whats you'r ping?:D

I get about 60-80ms in game depending on the time of day and how bad or good Comcast is acting that day.
60 in almost all situations expect in towns or sieges. If not for the FPS cap I could sit at 100 FPS 24/7 (and did before they patched it in 2.5)
