For those who didnt watch the game the highlights dont show everything. First half was literally all Lazio as Juve didnt even register a shot. Even in the second half Lazio were excellent but just could not finish their chances. Juve came alive as the game went on, and Cancelo was a game changing sub coming up with a goal and drawing the pen. This game shows how Juve own this league at the moment, by winning games that they underperform in, and by taking their chances even if they are few. Lazio are gonna be kicking themselves in the ass after this, 3 big points lost for them today.
Best example was last year Tottenham vs Juventus, Tottenham dominated the match but Juventus only needed 2 shots to win after being a goal down

I just wanted to really emphasize that Lazio played very well and even the highlights couldn't do justice as to how many times Lazio exposed Juventus's weaknesses. Trust me if you watched this game there were many opportunities that were not included that made the Juve back line look like Bologna and the Lazio attack look like PSG. Also I'm a Roma fan, just to clear up that I'm not biased towards either team, end of the day it was an entertaining match.
@@ASunnyWorld Exactly, I've watched and played many games and I feel like the game is only 40% physicality and skill, and 60% mental. Juventus has a strong mentality especially in Italy. It just so happened they got to show this mental strength against Spurs because let's face it, Tottenham have excellent players but damn do they live up to the curse of being bottlers.

It is results like this which demoralises the rest of Serie A. Every other team would have lost to this Lazio team but only Juve can accept this heavy pressure from Lazio and survive before making a comeback. They showed it last year too at Lazio and at Inter. My theory on why Ronaldo left Madrid was because he felt some of the taxes were unfair, he boycotted them for a while until he was sentenced to 2 years in jail and a 15 million dollar fine, I think he just wanted to get out of Spain (he paid the fine plus a couple million more so he wouldn’t have to go to jail, it doesn’t really matter how much he had to spend to get out of it bc well you know)
