I can edit all players' contracts and x factors on my franchise not sure why you can't edit yours. You must not be the commissioner. You also can turn off pre-existing injuries and injuries themselves.

@Gambin0Gaming I'm being dead serious. Your contract options were shaded in the video, which is odd because if you are the commissioner of your league, you should have full accessibility of contracts and player progression traits. You can even change X factors of players.

So this is more specific for franchise mode I need to be able to edit them before franchise mode it would make creating teams a lot easier

@Gambin0Gaming when you first start your franchise. Before hitting 'start playing: preseason', you can select league settings and scroll down to 'commissioner settings' you can turn salary cap off, you can turnoff injuries, you can turn off pre-existing injuries. Under 'dev trait management' make sure "any player" is marked under the 'ability edit controls' options.

@Gambin0Gaming if you already created a franchise you can just go to options than go into 'franchise options' this works too, only thing is pre existing injuries can't be changed unless you do it before you start your franchise
