At 11:14 the rooster is supposed to represent her father. That's why she keeps asking which 'toy' will 'make the most money'. This is referring or most likely referencing how the company picked out her father and amanda.
Another thing to note is how she says it was given to her/helps her when shes feeling scared, which shows how it reminds her of her father, it comforts her. And how she says "it makes me laugh..i hope it can make someone else laugh" is probably also linking the fact that her father ran the kids show initially, making alot of kids and herself laugh. You can also link the rooster back to the first game, when it shows it with a family, I think that specific scene also embodies/represents Amanda's father.
Yeah, in the first game when you typed „Sam“ (Amanda’s dad) instead of „Rooster“ I think she says „How do you know?“ (or it was Kate, I don‘t remember that good 😅)
