The need to share and enhance knowledge regarding Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) is growing as cyber threats continuously develop and transform globally. The Cyber Warfare Program of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) and Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI) are proud to host their Annual Defensive Cyberspace Operations Conference with the purpose of fostering international cooperation on issues of security, intelligence, and defense. The conference aims to contribute to an informed public debate on cyber-net security and to promote international collaborations in the technological, legal, and policy-making domains..
