My favorite color. I have a topper and a wig in that color. The ends fray. I have to keep putting heat to it to smooth it. I wear the straight one to work and the cheaper curly one to the store.
I understand the struggle of fraying ends. I have a couple I have to put heat on often. The color is dreamy. I wish I was born a natural redhead. I love reds!
Both look beautiful but I really do think Sumptuous Strawberry is a more flattering color for you.
It's difficult to choose.
I'm wearing SS right now for our girls Christmas party ☺️ but yes, they're both pretty.
With the lighter highlighted pieces on the first one, if you wanted to try to darken them a bit you could probably put some temporary wash out color on the streaks only with your fingertips. A company called Roux makes a stain in almost all shades. I'm sure there's a slightly darker red shade that would work on that. Theres so many other brands too. Just do a strand test first on a piece towards the side that doesn't show as much. They are only temporary and are supposed to wash out completely. But I've noticed after repeated use with a medium grey I've used, it started to stain a little more permanently. They might stain the cap too, including lace, so a heads up before if you do decide to try that. The good thing about lighter colors along a front hairline is that they really, really help melt and blend the knots into your own scalp verse say a darker shade. A snow white hairline always looks the best on a front hairline as far as blending goes. I wear grey, silver, and white myself. Anyway I like them both on you. I really liked the margarita roco blonde one I saw you in the other day too.

@@Prettywigsplease oh sure, we all need to share our tips n secrets. Also just be careful as thar stain can get on your walls too and it will soak in. I had to do some retouch paint because the wall paint sheet rock is very porous. You may want to hold your wig upside down in your shower while you apply. That way it won't get to the lace or the base of your wig. Also it's so thin, so if you want to add some hair gel to thicken it up in a cup b4 you apply that will help. I'm a retired cosmetologist, so that's how I know about these products lol. Good luck!

Alicia, I love that Racquel Welch wig on you, I have one of hers that I love too, I don't mean to be disrespectful but I was noticing that your left eyebrow does not come all the way across as your right one does in the middle over your eye, just thought you may have not realized this or maybe you have I don't know but maybe you could balance it out with an eyebrow pencil, please don't be offended, just something that was pronounced when you were modeling. 😮
I'm laughing so hard right now. Girl! One is always higher than the other, and one is always darker than the other😅 I struggle with the brows. I just use brow powder to fill them in. I'm not the best at it. Thanks for the tip. I'll try to work on it. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️
Well, I LOVE your Untold Story. I have one, too, and I know what you mean about the flips - ha! I'm wondering how long you hold the iron in place to straighten, if you know what I mean. I swear, I'm afraid to even touch these heat-defiant wigs - ha! Thanks a million!
Hi, I do know what you mean, I was terrified the first time I did it. I practiced on an old one before I started doing it on my good ones. Those Raquel Welch fibers are tough. They can take the heat. Just make sure to spray a little water on it each time you do it. It doesn't need to be wet, just moist. I had to go over my Untold Story a few times. I'd let it cool completely and then do it again. Those fibers were stubborn. That's a good thing, really, because it means it will hold the style that it's meant to be, but to straighten her took a little time. If you don't reach for her because of the flippies, then I say go for it! Let me know if you need help or have questions. Gosh I hope you'll let me know how it goes for you.
Well, I'm going to by-God give it a try OR let my stylist give it a try - ha! I don't actually have a flat iron, but I have a fat curling iron that can act pretty much the same way. I actually tried to straighten a VERY FAT Editor's Pick and just kind of gave up - ha! Maybe I should start on that one. I've already tried thinning it out (with my dog's chunkers), so I don't have much to lose on that one - ha! I have a water spray bottle, too, that sprays a very fine mist. I love the way your Untold Story turned out, and you look SO PRETTY in that color. :o) Thanks a million, Annette @@Prettywigsplease
