5 apples.
500g yogurt.
5 eggs.
120g sugar.
90g corn starch.
Line a 20cm tin with baking paper.
Melted butter.
2 apples.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 70-75 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Strawberry Jam.

Aujourdhui, j'ai réalisé ce gâteau qui fond en bouche, avec, dessus, en quadrillage de la crème pâtissière, et au centre de chaque quadrillage, des amandes effilées 😽
