Brings back amazing memories of talking my way into Sound Factory at 5am, dancing til noon. Whenever Junior played Reap we all ran onto the dance floor.
those were the days my friends, when you were in any club that Junior was spinning, you automatically, naturally , knew that at that moment in time, you were in the BEST place, where the best music was playing by the best DJ, in the best cradle of the culture that was a brewing. There will never be anything to replace those days. If you lived them, count yourself lucky. I do.
I wouldn't find Junior and my fellow "Juniorites" until EARTH in early 2002. I'm so lucky to have had those times in my life. I never missed one Sunday.
I just miss being on the dance floor every sat.or should I say Sunday morning.shirt off hands in the air and everyone on the fl danceing like we were all one. Big smiles ,sweet, singing and the feeling that u can't. Put words to. Fk. That place and time was. Aw. Don't no good times.
This song will always remind me of Kevin Aviance at Tunnel....JUST TURNING IT OUT!!!!!!! just dancing all through the night & always made sure to have my sunglasses with me because I knew Miss Tina wasn't letting me leave until mid sunday morning..lol
This was actually being developed and tested at the Sound Factory in the summer of 1994. There would be hour long mixes without all the post production bells and whistles.
A classic Junior Vasquez remix!! Remember this at Tunnel NY and was huge in Avalon Boston too❤ Thousands of people dancing in unison! ALWAYS packed the dancefloor!
So amazing how the web can be wrong. Lol this was produced. by Joe Carrano and Welcome. In a little studio in CT. They were the guy doing remixes for Junior back in the days. It was "present" by junior.
@@TarantulaCandy No he did not. Welcome Bienvenue and Joe Carrano did. like many other remix that Junior did back then, he subcontracted them to other production teams. Reap was the main track of Hang the DJ movie where Junior and Roger Santez , Danny T. were interviewed. After "Reap" Welcome put out "This Joy" Razor and Guido remixed that track... it was some crazy time
