That industrial dissonance sound at the end really ties this together as one of the most haunting pieces of music I've heard in my entire life. I wish I knew more about the world outside of my boundaries. I fear that this song conveys a story more ancient than my idea conveyed.

It's now widely known because of the 2001 trance track 'ResuRection' by PPK, a recent EDM update by Alan Walker called 'Space Melody', and a multitude of cover versions in the Sovietwave, synthwave, and chillwave genres, so it's nice to find the source here. (It's not on Spotify unfortunately).
