I'm watching the documentary on Netflix and your staff is the Best! Repackaging reptiles and other animals that were packaged in to small a case or bag, Great Job!
Such an Awesome place & Wonderful staff. Our cat C.J. sailed with us in Scandinavia and was collected and delivered to ARC., from where I collected him 1 hour later for our onward flight to Glasgow. Then a 1 hour drive home.
I loved my Bengal as she was very talkative at a loud volume. I was definitely amused that you could still hear Maria in some of the other areas of the video.
Fab video - this and the 2013one is about animals coming into the UK. If dogs are going out does anyone know if they are also in kennels before flight or kept in their crates?
4:17 I was looking to either get a clouded leopard or Margay that cannot be released in the wild and I’m glad you have a space for big cats. Although these animals ain’t big cats, they aren’t also small cats too.
While this is an extremely helpful video, if we were just allowed to carry our pets on board with us we wouldn't have to deal with pricing that is in the thousands of dollars to ship pets thru a 3PL [3rd party logistics] pet shipping company, then be held up for another 2 months backlog at ARC bc the government refuses to apply logic and common sense to this situation and just allow us to take our pets on board with us! Tickets for 3 cats is only $500, yet we're being forced to pay over $4000+ to ship the same 3 cats via a 3PL that are doing nothing but putting our cats into the cargo hold vs what we'd be doing by carrying our cats directly onto the plane with us - and then you guys wouldn't be backed up until July 18th [at the moment] - holding our plans up for our move at the same time! Not to mention our cats being stressed the hell out by all these strangers handling and holding them! #RIDICULOUS!
Excellent,my little blind rescue dog came here from China safely.Thank you !

It’s so reassuring to see that these folks seem to really care about their charges and know what they are doing.

can someone tell me your experience with them? and bringing you pet to uk? :)
Can't I just put my cat in a carrier and bring her onboard my flight from US? She has all her required shots and stuff.
