Black pepper, sugar, light soy sauce,, noodles ( I saw 2 kinds from the first and the second pan) then black sweet soy sauce or just black soy sauce. I never try but after saw they do and look easy to make my own. Enjoy

They should use bigger fry pan like in Malaysia & Brunei night Market ..Is easy to cooked this.Is not only Thai Noddles ..In Malaysia , Singapore ,Brunei ..also in Vietnam (but not sure what they call) .Is the same thing...Got different type noodles (actually is the the same thing)..All this country all got similar type noodles..In Malaysia , Singapore & Brunei use to call same food name. We call Mee goreng ,mee hun @ bihun goreng, kueytiaw goreng ,Maggie goreng ,macaroni goreng , nasi goreng (Fry rice) & many other fry Noddles..
One negative comment with food intorrorance and alergie. Using the same cooking spoon from Vemachili noodle ( rice ) back and forth to Wheat noodle ( wheat ) ?
Chan pen khon thai ka roo phasa Thai dii ! I can hear the women speak in Thai lagauge in the Background the Bollywood song is not an issue because so many indian people live in thaiand that like Bollywood music at all.
