The one thing I don't like about the Edit Cup AI is that they're too easy even on Master Difficulty. White Land Death Wind 10th Zone East Those were my favorites.
@@DavidZSM I used to have this problem running the english patch on Project64. I fixed it by unchecking "Emulate frame buffer" in the graphics plugin settings for GLide64.
So Ive tried learning how to use this course edit in the 64DD expansion kit but I just cant figure it out. Is there a guide/walkthrough out there? IDK how many people really play around with it.
You can watch a tutorial on the F-Zero Execution Project. It’s basically the Expansion Kit track builder, but on PC, so you can still get a general idea of how to build a track.
@@DavidZSM Nice ty for the suggestion! Ive got a few rom hacks so I know there had to be a PC track editor. F-Zero X is such a intense game, the learning curve is like, 1 to 10,000. Where a game like Mario Kart it's more like 1-100, there are sooooo many different levels of skill because of the high speed and intensity, that player skills differentiate VASTLY!
Took me absolutely weeks to work out how to use it properly, but honestly you get to know the symbols and stuff it's not too bad. There used to be a guide on Google with a translation which helped :)
10th Zone East is my favorite of these, because of those loops. That's just awesome AF.
That jump at the beginning of Tenth Zone East is the best thing I've ever seen.
I had to give you a like on that roll you executed coming out of the tunnel on the funnels track on the last lap. Very perfectly timed.👍👍👍👍👍
17:30 Mr. Michael... Your lines are really cool.
It’s about time someone gave Death Wind some appreciation! Great work!
Great tracks!
Speed Factory is awesome!
Really cool tracks!
This could be a awesome ranked online racing game.
We need a F-Zero X 99
good stuff!!!

White Land
Death Wind
10th Zone East
Those were my favorites.
Yeah they kinda suck, especially if you put too much dash plates or pit zones. It reminds me of the X cup AI.
Probably shares the AI with X Cup, TBH. Edit Cups are pretty much pre-determined X Cups if you wanna be technical.
Wow, you're very creative. These look like official Nintendo tracks! Although, why are the letters missing?
Probably a problem with the english patch.
The Expansion kit is in japanese only, which would make track creation way harder without the patch.
@@DavidZSM that's true.

Alot of these tracks have an incredible scope and view! I wish I hada N64 DD for my console man lol
Yeah, that stuff is crazy expensive.
Good thing we have N64DD emulators now.
@@DavidZSM I wonder if there can be any hardware made for it?
@@niverian7789 I don't know.

In F Zero X: Expansion X 2000

Can you use this on the switch version?
No, the Switch version is the regular F-Zero X. The Expansion Kit was never rereleased.
😆 p̷r̷o̷m̷o̷s̷m̷
Which emulator are you running this on?
I'm running the game on RetroArch which uses Muplen64Plus.
