I have seen almost all your videos and i think north Indian food of Delhi and almost everything in Indian punjab is the same as we have here. Punjab is the same and will remain the same. I hope that you get a chance to come to our side of the border to check for yourself the food and diversity of cuisine . On a sad note i think perhaps Dubai is the only place which has both Indian and Pakistani food from all regions and i have had the fortune many times to try Veg the other Indian regional food there and it makes me sad that i cannot just drive 30 minutes to Amritsar from where i am to eat with my brothers across the border.
