    Very informative, and the narration is a masterstroke.
    What is your wall thickness?
    I further notice that you do not use rebars as one normally would with poured concrete. Am I right?

    • @WildEden
      @WildEden  Год назад +1

      Thank you! Yes that is correct - rebar is only needed in some situations (we have a video on that as part of the rammed earth course we are putting together).

    With doing a rake wall, didn’t you want to flick a blue line from the top to the bottom either side of the wall cavity and then nail in some of that green fillet along each line and just ram and then screed/trowel that sloping/raking wall?

      We will have a video on this topic specifically but we have found that it is not worth the extra time and effort to do this. Stay tuned for more…

    Can you explain what materials used to build your frames. How long are they? I like greg fact you build a d stack up as you go, as opposed to one large frame that may bow out.

    How do you cover up the holes afterwards. I’ve seen people ram without putting pegs through the wall what’s the difference?

      We have a video on that as part of the rammed earth course we are putting together that will show how we fill them and discuss other formwork types.
