    Absolutely the best camera review I’ve seen. You’ve gained a subscriber and I’m glad this video was a recommendation on the part of RUclips for me. Thank you for the hard work in putting this together. I’ve never seen the level of detail with another review of any camera in diving into the menu system and showing exactly what the options allow in such a clear and quick manner. Made watching the video not boring at all and very understandable.
    I look forward to exploring your channel more fully.
    Also, by placing the not sponsored caveat in the description compelled me to choose the video in the first place - thanks for that

    I was not a Sony fan at all. But the Sony A7R4 really changed my opinion. For me this camera is god sent. I use it extensively for Wildlife work and here this camera really shines. You can do a 100% crop and still come up with a 27MP image. And this at 10fps, 68 RAW file buffer and a very good autofocus system. For me this camera is a game changer for my wildlife work. A Sony 400mm 2.8 GM you can use as 400mm 2.8 at 61MP or by switching into crop mode, you get a 600mm 2.8 at 27MP. What I really like is that you can program the function ring on the Sony 400mm 2.8 or Sony 600mm 4.0 as trigger for entering or leaving crop mode. How great is that. The Sony A7R4 have been also improved in regard of the housing. I am really excited about the A7R4. Well done, Sony.

    One thing that you might like. For when you have the proper lens and the composition, and need to use 10fps. Switch to APS-C mode and the buffer increases significantly. Somewhere around 300+?? With a buffer of that size, we should be able to get all of the fast moving action we need!!

      It sounds to me as if that's a fairly recent and powerful system. A little more RAM couldn't hurt, but also consider that you'll need a lot of disk space, so an extra external drive might be useful.
      However, if these are concerns that you have, what are the issues driving you to the A7R series - would an A6400 or A6600 which offers nearly identical functionality at lower resolution be a better solution?

      @@nasoj21 I clearly demonstrate everything I show you - please let me know where you feel I'm being misleading. Sony's menus are complicated and because they have not bothered to think their way through all the usability issues there are lots of inconsistencies.

      Indeed - I’ve always found it far easier to ignore settings that I don’t need than to use settings that I do need when they are unfortunately not even present! Manufacturers can only simplify menus by leaving features out, thus reducing choice and flexibility. Great reviews, thank you!

Confusions with the cell phone... Hehehe, now sonys crazy do it all.. Hehehe no thx just stopped at d750 really is more than I can handle.. If needed my next toy will be Pentax 645z if I can afford.. This camera wont perform very good in lowlight simply because of it's high mega pixel count. Clearly it is geared more toward high detail photography than video.

      Why do you say that? It is a proper full frame sensor - how is the mount too small?

    • @aitchessanon4312
      @aitchessanon4312 5 лет назад +1

      I remember when the E-mount launched (APS-C only back then) and many said it was too large, but they supposed, correctly as it turned out, that it might be intended for full frame too. Its size doesn’t seem to be holding the system back...
