It's very simply being committed to a new story in however way you want it. Awareness demands only that not contradict it. Even if you wanna go further than it. If you practice present moment awareness even that is not required bcoz everything flow to you even if you have no thoughts about it. Bcoz thought is raised in awareness if it's raised in it, it must be fulfilled already. You just have to want it you will be fulfilled. You don't even need to feel you are having it. Many times if you remember you must just wanted something but forgotten it but you get it immediately. Just wanting alone is enough bcoz you are already a fulfillment so there is no need to be so strict with yourself. Awareness knows what you are seeking it is the one who gives it to you including thoughts, desires. So chill and relax everything is taken care of mindset.

I love this and I feel compelled to share how I manifested a vacation with your “don’t try but experience” advice. So I really wanted to go to a particular resort this summer but I knew the prices were too high for us and so I accepted we wouldn’t be going this year and instead I gave myself permission to simply experience it within and ENJOY IT FULLY but for a moment. I found myself sitting on a beach longer fully present in my imaginary body and feeling all the sensory expressions and just breathing a sigh of relief and enjoyment at relaxing on the beach. I thought to myself, as my imaginary self, feeling the material of the lounge chair and smelling the air “I’m really here” and then I came back and let it go since I wasn’t trying to manifest, I just wanted to give myself what I was longing for. I felt satisfied and kind of forgot about it and a couple of days later my partner came home and told us he’d booked the vacation. The exact same resort. When we got there our room number was 111 lmao. I’ve been trying to copy this technique for other things since a then but it doesn’t work as well when you’re aware of trying to manifest

Tenses don't cause lot of confusion. It's the understanding the true nature of awareness. We condition it with English grammatical language but you need to know the moment you say you are going to have something it may sound like a future tense but it's already past for awareness and it is done. Past is yet to be decided and future has already happened for awareness. It always past we are changing. The Now moment can't hold anything other than silence. The moment you have thoughts it is already past no matter how you use the tense of English language.
edward, because of your and nevilles guidance i have healed my dog from seizures today. i am so grateful to discover you both and at first i had quite the existensial crisis but now i am doing so well, i'm so excited for my life and can't way to see each new day. i never knew i could be this happy and content.
I can attribute an analogy to what youre saying ... Its like getting lost in the woods trying to find a destination. You have to then retace your steps back to the beginning where you started (being the self) to then make an attempt on the correct new path.
Another gem, thanks! It takes lots of practice to envision and feel a scene as if it's in present tense but it's totally worth it. My scenes manifest in the 3D when I put lots of emotions e.g. laughter with friends in it. Another tip of mine is that when you're an auditive person like me (I absolutely love music) you could listen to some background music that gets you in your envisioned present tense situation. For example, I live in central Europe but I miss travelling to Asia and staying next to the ocean so much. I'm currently studying and working so I can't physically be there at the moment. However there are some 1 hour ASMR beach waves videos on youtube which I listen to with my headphones on and it works wonders. I can imagine myself lying at the beach and it reduces my wanderlust and calms me down immediately. Maybe give it a try. If you want to be wealthy there are some money counting ASMR out there. Imagine yourself from first person view counting all your money and hear the distinct sound. There is an ASMR for almost everything lol.
Ok these last two videos have clarified more than the entire previous series. I was always confused between the present moment and what I wanted. This has cleared up so much.

Being comes before being something. It is deeper. Pure Being is who we really are no matter what. Then we can also have an experience of being something and that something can be whatever we desire and decide to be.
Neville said that faith is the feeling of being that which you desire to be, regardless of external circumstances and evidence. I think your focus on being first is important because it makes the choice between faith in the unwanted or faith in the desired.
Edward, what a great video and a brilliant timing as I was just thinking about it in the recent weeks. I'm doing a course that is heavy on sats and imaginal acts. But I'm tired and frustrated about that. Ever since I discovered Neville and found out about I AM meditation (also yours has been helpful), all I want to practice is my awareness. Techniques bore me. How how are man? Great insight again I found out understanding = acceptance is all that is needed with consciousness. Acceptance that at this moment I am That or whatever I would like to experience in my lifetime then being in a certain state doesn't even matter at all. That is how it is in my life. Best to all
Routine is for you if you need it but not in the gaining of the fulfillment of the desire, because it’s already done. We don’t have to work to get anything, it’s already given, you just accept it/give it to yourself. Don’t assume it will takes months or years because that puts it in the future and you want to imagine to experience in the now. It’s not linear and neither is time. I remember Edward saying (which I loved this so much and it helped me) just drop seeds of imagining all day long- make it fun, and then will come your fruitful harvest. Neville uses the example when someone asks about if it’s takes four months to build his house, Neville says to imagine it now, don’t wait. You occupy the state desired or the fulfillment of what you desire. You occupy that identity/ self/ self concept and the rest will follow. Hope this helps.
In the video you have said “BECAUSE to keep the tense while external circumstances are unfavorable or unfortunate is a challenge, it’s the greatest challenge of all” how do we best overcome this challenge when circumstances feelings, emotions and thoughts come about?
i understand that nevilles words did change as he got deeper and deeper into manifestation until he realized the promise. Was his intention to create a scene of what we want to be a technique so we can actually just live in the end? after all if you follow what he suggests and put feelings into it, you eventually fool yourself and really do become what you want despite the denial of your senses. After a series of manifestations, you start to build confidence and eventually your realize its not about creating the perfect scene or looping it the x number of times its about You. The I AM in you, and that creation is finished and you only need to change your state. You get to a point where you simply need to think about something, know that it is done, and forget about it.
Excellent as always but HOW do we do this? Meditate for 20 mins on “I AM” and then imagine our scene? Or be I AM within the scene? Is this non-duality?

And it makes me feel satisfied but then i feel like anxious and sometimes doubtful, and idk why, cause when i manifest anything else it is really easy. but when it comes to sp idk why it seems impossible, i feel doubtful maybe because i see circumstances i don’t want. This is the one thing in Neville’s work I struggle with. Whenever I hear “I am” my immediate question is What? What’s the end goal of acknowledging “I am” if we shouldn’t be adding a label. idk this part confuses me
I am always torn between FUTURE and NOW. Can you please explain goal visualization and process visualization. As an entrepreneur I have so many day to day goals to achieve and when I imagine that I am achieving now goals I feel am I leaving my ultimate, long term goals behind. A little bit off topic, but if anyone can give me their thoughts : how does one embody two state of being that are opposite, if one wants them equally ? I’m not saying opposite in the sens that I must sacrifice one desire, but I WANT to sacrifice one desire. At the core I want split my myself in to two reality where I fully live each experience. Like if I truly want to wear a pink T shirt everyday. And I also want to wear a black t shirt everyday. Which state do I embody ? Am i missing something ? I was sur of the fact that after a while I would actually know which one of them is my actually desire, but I can’t.
I’m sorry this is irrelevant to this specific video but how do I imagine as someone who maladaptive daydreams and just in general have used always used that as an coping mechanism? When people say to imagine like let’s say for example, you eating your favorite food, I can picture myself doing that but I don’t feel fulfilled at all in fact it makes me desire wanting to “eat my favorite food” even more.
I am struggling to understand what “self” is from a meta physical standpoint 😢. When ed says in one of the prev videos on - Freeze method. View yourself as desired thing first and then others - I do not know how to view myself. Can someone help
Please ignore all things on desire when looking at self. Desire, is desire: and not fulfillment or self. Lack is a prerequisite of desire. And you are not interested in lacking, i suppose? If you are interested in self being fulfillment, then look at awareness from awareness. Meditate. You can look up "Neti neti" and anatman. But do not read on it, pratice it.

Ive always been a bit thrown by this I Am stuff, they say it's super important, and yet Neville didn't mention it when he described manifesting to Barbados or out of the army. Plus it often sounds like "duh of course" when described, like it's something easy to tap into (for me atleast), so easy it can be taken for granted, but then the mind gets to thinking 'yknow maybe I should try harder cos this and that and the other thing hasn't manifested yet'. I guess what I'm asking here is like, what is the purpose of the meditation? Is it there "if we need it"? or maybe "for those strongly stuck in states"? Could it be a case that Neville, once again, made something very simple sound a bit fancy and magical in translation and we're all overthinking it?
I think Neville was saying connect with I AM (the father within, the greater part of you, God, whatever you want to call it, infinite source, etc) and manifest from there. He always said after his lectures, “now, let us go into the silence” meaning go within, into the stillness, connecting to the greater source of you, and all there is… God. You were first I Am / Being/ God, then awareness, then identity. Going to the source is essentially tapping into the understanding that you’re not just creating from the quantum field, you are the quantum field. Hi! if anyone is reading this and can answer my comment briefly I'd appreciate it. So mentally I know everything I need to know about The Law Of Assumption so the problem is probably with applying it eventhough there are times when I feel like I'm really just so free and I have everything I desired. However weeks pass and then suddenly I'm struck with the fact that wow I was completely overridden by my satisfaction of the way I imagined it to the point I forgot about it for weeks but now that I remembered still seeing the same things, it feels like and endless cycle and I know that I create all of this myself but at this point I am not even sure if I completely fulfilled myself if it is like this or I'm still waiting?
There’s no separation. you’re keeping yourself in a loop judging after time and senses. Do you wait to breathe? I hope not lol it’s the same for everything. You’re not stuck in time or the senses, they’re in you.
I would also remember that all feelings pass, they’re simply temporary. yes you’re the eternal dreamer, the screen behind all but don’t get caught up in trying to be peace all the time You’re only I am, don’t get stuck in temporary feelings and simple experience what you want regardless of what you see.
I also think people fulfill themselves so it can then be fulfilled in this seeming outer world, but that’s not how it is at all. All experience is through knowing. you’re experiencing your desire right now. All is now, All is well. Forgive yourself and begin again.

Routine is for you if you need it but not in the gaining of the fulfillment of the desire, because it’s already done. We don’t have to work to get anything, it’s already given, you just accept it/give it to yourself. Don’t assume it will takes months or years because that puts it in the future and you want to imagine to experience in the now. It’s not linear and neither is time. I remember Edward saying (which I loved this so much and it helped me) just drop seeds of imagining all day long- make it fun, and then will come your fruitful harvest. Neville uses the example when someone asks about if it’s takes four months to build his house, Neville says to imagine it now, don’t wait. You occupy the state desired or the fulfillment of what you desire. You occupy that identity/ self/ self concept and the rest will follow. Hope this helps.

i understand that nevilles words did change as he got deeper and deeper into manifestation until he realized the promise. Was his intention to create a scene of what we want to be a technique so we can actually just live in the end? after all if you follow what he suggests and put feelings into it, you eventually fool yourself and really do become what you want despite the denial of your senses. After a series of manifestations, you start to build confidence and eventually your realize its not about creating the perfect scene or looping it the x number of times its about You. The I AM in you, and that creation is finished and you only need to change your state. You get to a point where you simply need to think about something, know that it is done, and forget about it.

This is the one thing in Neville’s work I struggle with. Whenever I hear “I am” my immediate question is What? What’s the end goal of acknowledging “I am” if we shouldn’t be adding a label. idk this part confuses me

A little bit off topic, but if anyone can give me their thoughts : how does one embody two state of being that are opposite, if one wants them equally ?
I’m not saying opposite in the sens that I must sacrifice one desire, but I WANT to sacrifice one desire. At the core I want split my myself in to two reality where I fully live each experience.
Like if I truly want to wear a pink T shirt everyday. And I also want to wear a black t shirt everyday. Which state do I embody ? Am i missing something ? I was sur of the fact that after a while I would actually know which one of them is my actually desire, but I can’t.
I’m sorry this is irrelevant to this specific video but how do I imagine as someone who maladaptive daydreams and just in general have used always used that as an coping mechanism? When people say to imagine like let’s say for example, you eating your favorite food, I can picture myself doing that but I don’t feel fulfilled at all in fact it makes me desire wanting to “eat my favorite food” even more.

Please ignore all things on desire when looking at self. Desire, is desire: and not fulfillment or self. Lack is a prerequisite of desire. And you are not interested in lacking, i suppose?
If you are interested in self being fulfillment, then look at awareness from awareness. Meditate.
You can look up "Neti neti" and anatman. But do not read on it, pratice it.

Ive always been a bit thrown by this I Am stuff, they say it's super important, and yet Neville didn't mention it when he described manifesting to Barbados or out of the army. Plus it often sounds like "duh of course" when described, like it's something easy to tap into (for me atleast), so easy it can be taken for granted, but then the mind gets to thinking 'yknow maybe I should try harder cos this and that and the other thing hasn't manifested yet'. I guess what I'm asking here is like, what is the purpose of the meditation? Is it there "if we need it"? or maybe "for those strongly stuck in states"? Could it be a case that Neville, once again, made something very simple sound a bit fancy and magical in translation and we're all overthinking it?
I think Neville was saying connect with I AM (the father within, the greater part of you, God, whatever you want to call it, infinite source, etc) and manifest from there. He always said after his lectures, “now, let us go into the silence” meaning go within, into the stillness, connecting to the greater source of you, and all there is… God. You were first I Am / Being/ God, then awareness, then identity. Going to the source is essentially tapping into the understanding that you’re not just creating from the quantum field, you are the quantum field.

So mentally I know everything I need to know about The Law Of Assumption so the problem is probably with applying it eventhough there are times when I feel like I'm really just so free and I have everything I desired. However weeks pass and then suddenly I'm struck with the fact that wow I was completely overridden by my satisfaction of the way I imagined it to the point I forgot about it for weeks but now that I remembered still seeing the same things, it feels like and endless cycle and I know that I create all of this myself but at this point I am not even sure if I completely fulfilled myself if it is like this or I'm still waiting?
