It might be odd, but it's so nice hearing another person with tighter type 3 curls talk about how the curl clumps will curl into each other and then once dry be almost impossible to separate. I have never heard anyone else talk about that but I experience it every day! Clumping is never my issue, over-clumping is always my issue.
Love when curly content creators do stuff together and hype each other up! Love Kassie and Alexa’s content!
Since Sophie’s tutorial came out I almost always use the flip section method! It is so quick and gives me better volume AND definition than I have ever had with other techniques. I style the bottom layer normally and use that method for the top and middle.

I have very thick, coarse, dense hair. I don’t always finger coil because I’m lazy but when I need my hair to actually look good, the only way to get it there is to finger coil. I envy these other techniques but they just do not cut it for my hair. I have to drown my hair in product and pay attention to each and every separate curl. Thank gosh for your finger coiling videos or I might never have discovered that I can have beautiful curls if I spend the time.

Gosh...gurrrl it's alot of work to have long natural curls..I really have to pump myself up on wash days because it literally takes a full day of my hair to dry 🙄 and still wet the next day...but ya have some fantastic ideas ...thank you for sharing w/us
