The only video that has explained what image pertains to what hardware version of hardware/model type/software version etc etc you have. Thank you!!! Even opening a support ticket with Crestron gets you nowhere because they expect you to know exactly what to do you're doing, the SD guys are great but only supply what hopeless documents you already have....
Hey Graham, thanks for the video. it is really informative. Just want to confirm, if we reimage the uc engine to move from zoom to teams, do we have to reconfigure all our loud speakers and microphone?
hi Graham, I was wondering in a Crestron Flex system if you can merge the C: and D: partitions to gain more space on the C:.....it appears D: is used for Zoom rooms but we're strictly an MTR organization but people do send Zoom meetings to the device to run via the MTR software.
Hi. Technically it’s possible. You could just delete the D partition and then expand the C partition with the Disk Manager. I’d probably also edit the boot loader file to remove any reference of a 2nd boot partition. Worth testing out in a lab. If it fails, just re image with the Crestron default.
Thanks for sharing this. If you have any insight as to how to operate a Crestron Flex device in Teams Rooms for Windows using Intune and Auopilot that would be helpful! What happens with the Crestron device and the pre-native Teams room app with it when a Wipe command is done from Intune?
I've not had a chance to dive into Intune and Autopilot for MTR-W devices as I spend so much time on MTR-A devices at present, so don't know what would happen with a Wipe comment. According to the Microsoft documentation, it gets factory reset, so it should come back with the default OOBE setup like new learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/devices-wipe#wipe

You'll just need to select them as the input/output devices.
