Im having problems with mine i have the bumblebee ones and everytime i pair it it only pairs 1 earbud and i cant hear anything out the other.

I think the sound is fine. I'm not real particular when it comes to the base and treble However I will recognize when they are out of balance but with these headphones I have not noticed that being an issue

That's just thinkplus gm2 pro in transformers design, the gaming mode doesn't even that good, small bass, not recommended
