I like this word microscopically. I have been listening to him a long time now. That word opens up much understanding. Like, for instance, Exodus 20. There are only two times that Israel is referred too in this chapter; however, during the actual Commandments, Israel is never mentioned once. One can conclude that these Commandments are universal to all who worship God. Ezekiel 20:11-12 is very clear (all of Ezekiel 20)... God calls them "my statutes " and "my judgments" and "my Sabbaths". These are Gods Commandments for all people. Isaiah 56:1-8 shows us who are grafted in and how we are to be concerning these precepts.

AMEN !!! Faith comes from hearing, hearing the word of God and then God does the work of opening our heart to receive the truth. ( Acts 16:14 ). Believing is doing ( 7:25 - 7:39 ). We have to remember that Christ is the only one who did the doing right all of the time, every time. All have sinned ( except Christ Jesus ). The Apostle Paul understood this when he said " not that I have arrived ". We desire and strive for perfection but we miss the mark many times. That's why our faith is in Christ's perfect work. The cross ( death, burial, and resurrection ) for salvation. We need the perfect righteousness of the unblemished lamb ( we are blemished, our righteousness is like filthy rags ). God the Father gives us Christ's righteousness ( the white robe of righteousness ) when we ( do ) believe and put our faith in the work that Jesus did on the cross. Yes, because we ( have ) believed. We don't have to work to keep it, because it was given to us as a gift. If we could work to keep it than that would make it works of righteousness to earn salvation and Christ would have died in vain. The Apostle Paul explains all this in the book of Romans. If we are truly born again. God will change our - I have to - into - I want to; And we do want to because we love him. But sometimes we fail.
People usually leave off Ephesians 2:10 which clearly states that we were created for good works and God hath before ordained (commanded) that we walk in them. There again it doesn't say "Israel walk in them". This is universal. :)
@@bop-ya-good thats the everlasting gospel that we have to spread. have faith in jesus and keep his coomandmentds. and the synonym of faith is to believe. u beliieve in him based on the idea of the 4 gospel in the new testament that there is jesus indwells in us, took our sins in isaiah 54, died on the cross and in the third day he was ressurected. thats the gospel in the 4 books. after u have been justify through believing ur salvation must work out and that is keeping the 10 commandments of God which we called sanctification. faith that works = salvation.
