You should get those Tundra fire extinguishers. Effective and can be used several times unlike most traditional extinguishers.

Good video spirit 76! Safety always first! If everyone used safety precautions it would be better for everyone and for fireworks. Most firework accidents come from misuse and holding in your hand!! 😉👍

Anyone else notice that there are 4 guys in this video, to include a cop and a big, burly fireman? Yet all they do is talk during the entire video while the girl (Sam) does all the work. I mean she's lugging around cinder blocks and fire extinguishers, carrying a 5 gallon bucket of water, hammering stakes into the ground with a sledgehammer and putting down sheets of plywood to use a base for launching fireworks. Give the lady a hand fellas! LOL.

Sam insisted on doing it all herself. "A good pyro doesn't need a man to do the heavy lifting."

You should only need the bucket about 1/3 full until the end when you wet everything down.

I use a propane torch like most enthusiasts. Never any issues with wind and easy to use and shuts off automatically. You can also light the fuse quickly so you can even just walk away and be a safe distance. The torch itself is fairly expensive but the propane canisters are less then $4. Punks are unreliable. No one with any experience uses them.

I use punks every year and have never had any issues. They are very windproof too. I am an experienced enthusiast by the way.

Seriously people really need to use all safety but the ones I see the most if people just laying them on grass and they end up tipping and or burning the ground. That is super important

You can use liquid nails on the bottom of cakes to glue them to plywood.

@@joshualawson7604 Seems pretty wasteful. Brick can be reused.

NEVER use grass despite is being show in the video. I used to screw my tubes down to a sheet of plywood before I made some racks. Most serious accidents are from a fallen over mortar tube shooting sideways at someones house. It will blast through a window and explode if you are unlucky. if you neighbor is real idiot with heavy moss on the roof that can also catch fire. Yes, it actually happened too. It is rare, burnt hands are common, mostly children and sparklers are the number one cause.
