Silver Lake Sand Dunes Pre-Open Clean Up - They Need Your Help

The Silver Lake Sand Dunes are cleaned up by volunteers twice per year.
Once on the day before Opening Day, and once in the Fall. We participated in
the March 31, 2023 clean up event, which occurred the day before opening day. The volunteers removed tons of garbage! Congrats to those that won the Most Unique item competition and the other giveaways. Have a great 2023 at Silver Lake Sand Dunes! The dunes are open April 1 through October 31 (Fools to Ghouls Days).

It was cool, but they asked us not to joy ride, so we obeyed and didn't hit the big hills because they weren't in our designated area. It felt good to help clean up, and it definitely needed it.
