I've played this game in Oklahoma and in Iowa. That pocket bonus has always kept me alive and winning. I'm glad you found it in Vegas. I was looking everywhere for it when I went down there for vacation
Prior to being Ultimate Texas Holdem, it was just Texas Holdem and the side bet was the paid bet (no trips). You got paid on Ace and a Face up to a pair of aces. Best payout was you having pocket aces and dealer also.
Finally a dealer that gives you change as they pay you (paying in reds instead of greens. Or greens instead of a black) one of the few things that vex me is vic playing predominantly green chips and only changing one black at a time lmao.
