I think Nala needs to invest in customer service and also in their social media pages they should atleast make them customer friendly as all i see is reels and memes and cant get the help you need as a customer. Even the email responses and mama nala service isnt that good. As its auto generated messages that most of time do not address your issue. I am currently facing a challenge where i made a transaction and the recipient bank didnt get it and i did not get a refund either. And this is not the first time Nala is doing this as previously i also sent money and wasnt recieved and not refunded. When you contact customer services they are no issue is addressed and you dont get back your money back
