Hi Dhruv, This is Shashi from Bihar, India. I learn a lot from your videos particularly the video about RUclips for beginners. Surprised to see that you also have made video about village life.
Just a li'l rejoinder to the tandoori roti making procedure: : the fingers are first dipped in water before slapping on the rotis onto the inside of the tandoor chulha, not to make it less sensitive to the heat as Juli assumed, but to act as a greasing agent so your hand is able to come off the roti and the other side will stick better to the heated chulha. Infact, surprisingly, if your hands are wet you feel the heat even more intensely because of the difference in temperature!! A smart kid once shared to this with me long time back and I have observed it to be true. Hope someone else would be able to explain it better technically.
