The girls are back! These sisters have been hard at work with other projects in the last few years. Here are Top 5 Facts bout Aly and Aj you may not know! Did you know that they both have acting careers? Aly got her start with a starring role on the Disney Channel’s “Phil of the Future”, while AJ appeared in the Disney Channel Movie “Cow Belles” in 2006. They both went on to have roles in major feature films like “easy A” and “The Lovely Bones” respectively. They were briefly known as 78violet. Aly Michalka and AJ Michalka were known by the moniker “Aly & AJ” from the beginning of their careers, but in 2009 they decided to make a change. Because they were both focusing on their acting and their musical pursuits at the time, they wanted to separate their band from their on-screen credits.

I used to think they were twin lol I couldn't tell them apart. I started liking them when they made the song "No One" That song got me through tough times in high school because I couldn't figure out who I wanted to be. Like the song says "And I ask myself who do I wanna be, do I wanna throw away the key & invent a whole new me?"

I dont know which of their would be my favorites. Off the first album, Rush and Slow down.. 2nd album probably a mix between Potential Break up Song, division and I'm just gonna blend it in since it wasnt initially on the album but rather a single, but blush. And out of unreleased tracks, I really really like Bloodflow. Out of their unofficial release of Hothouse album, I really like Billboards "boy" and then either Crawl or Heart. And I really love both the 2 songs on their new Ep so far. I like Take me just slightly better tho. Still really love 'I know' tho.

Have you never heard of Natalie Grant, TobyMac Micheal W Smith... All Christian artist that have been in the industry for 10 plus years.. Very well known and extremely successful... If your faith is important to you, I say be a Christian artist... I sing so God can use me to inspire people. So the least I can do is give Him the glory in my music.
Melissa Swartzfager I listened to Christian music for two years, tobymac is cringe, he looks like a creepy old uncle tryna be cool, Natalie grant I love (her acoustic version of your great name is stunning) but..you can't reach secular people if you link yourself Under Christian music. Nobody would listen to you if that's the genre you're under.
