A beautiful, delicate, sensitive version by both singer and orchestra, a perfect match for the beauty of Korngolds exquisite writing. I'm sure he would have been moved and delighted. Quite beautiful!
@@ポポン-c8q I'm sorry I couldn't translate this ( I'm English) so I am unable to read your post! I'm hoping it's an agreement with mine. If so! it's wonderful that here we are spread out across the world! and able to come together and share something amazing! Whoever we are, wherever we live, beauty (in this case musical beauty!!!) affects us all in exactly the same way! Fantastic! Thank you for the 'reply'.
@@maxasian Hi Maxasian, as I'm sure you will have already guessed, I (and possibly everyone else) have no idea how to answer that slightly pedantic question ! But that's not to say it's not a valid point. But I hope ? it doesn't spoil the 'musical' value of this performance for you, obviously it doesn't for the other posts here. I thought it slightly odd you haven't commented on any 'like' (or not!) about it in a general music/performance sense. Anyway, at least we're all listening
Extraordinary!!! ❤
Best version I've heard!!! What a delightful baritone.
Oh mein Gott, wie schön!!!

How come a native German mistook the word “der Ferne” to “des Tanzes”??? He repeated “des Tanzes” twice. 😅
