Joseph Jacobs I've always thought that the few idiosyncrasies and imperfections in Ronnie's vocals make his music more enjoyable to listen to than other artist's music. Ronnie just has this naturally raw, unadulterated quality that you have to be born with. It can't be copied or imitated.
I always thought he was trying to do the squeak thing that Craig does. I always like ronnies more but Craig's were more clean. Ronnie still does that so it wasn't shitty skill he's just not as try hard I guess.
I remember buying this cd at the record shop in town when it came out, that was along time ago now the shop closed down now. Haven't listened to this in a good amount of time, I'm here for nostalgia.

fucking kill me this song is so fucking good and also the rest of the songs from this old band .Because it so true that this band was so good when Ronnie was in it that's why I love falling in reverse because now he still making wonderful music with his band.
I feel like when this song came out no one really paid attention to the lyrics. This feels like it was a cry for help. This is such a good song and when you actually pay attention to what he's saying it's pretty sad to listen to.
Agreed, unfortunately that's the way it is for a lot of artists!! Have you heard Falling in Reverse's new stuff? It's more on par with this album, fortunately
True, Logan Von Meow , however I do like "Drown". Curious to see how the new album turns out as well. BMTH has gone through quite the transformations throughout the years!
+Torgo SupaFine it would be fucking awesome if all the old members came back and did an album. Escape The Fate was when Radke, Ortiz, Green, Money and Espinosa were all in the band
Ronnie Raidke is the original singer of Escape The Fate from 2004-2008 . He got replaced by Craig Mabbit from Bless The Fall who got replaced by Beau Bokan who was originally with Take The Crown after they broke up. Ronnie Raidke is now the lead singer of Falling In Reverse.
I got my nose pierced at 14 because of this album cover. Honestly, still one of my favorite album covers at 24. DIYLF will always be in my favorite albums.
WHO'S STILL HERE IN 2022!? I remember the exact moment I got this album put that disc in. Was sitting on my grandma's computer and she about had a heart attack.
Great album front to back , reminds me of being a teenager and hanging at the mall . I wonder where those people I used to hang with every Friday are now..
funny how I heard of this band in 2011 I went over to my cousin's place and he asked if I heard of escape the fate...I said nah man. suffice to say he put this song and my apocalypse on and my jaw hit the pavement. It's a shame all the shit Ronnie had to deal with, he is a very talented guy, you can tell even if you aren't a big fan of this genre of music.
I remember seeing them at Van's warped tour when thisncd came out. I had snuck in a bunch of pain killers and xanax, I found out about this band and bought the cd. Was a good day.
his voice is so good man.... it sucks that FIR does melodramatic kinda cringy rap metal now. Weird how mature this album sounds in comparison to that bands new material.
bro thats generally how songs are made lol chorus verse chorus verse chorus 2x verse chorus verse chorus bridge chorus those are the 2 main compositions without including breakdowns or other drum stuff since theyd be automatically on the last bridge/verse before the final chorus(es)
in an interview with Bryan stars; Ronnie Radke really down plays his work with escape the fate. he says, "dying is your latest fashion is not the greatest album you've ever heard". you are right Ronnie, maybe not the best however; "dying is your latest fashion" is easy top ten
The cracks in the voice are golden
Joseph Jacobs I've always thought that the few idiosyncrasies and imperfections in Ronnie's vocals make his music more enjoyable to listen to than other artist's music. Ronnie just has this naturally raw, unadulterated quality that you have to be born with. It can't be copied or imitated.
@@DVRKSTXR he always reminded me of david lee roth in that way
if u like cracks, check band Rise Against

Nathan Pamonicutt Ronnie was before Craig tho wasn’t he or
Takes me back to the age of 13, those were the days man
Psh you fucking dog, i was like 7 when i heard them, so yeah... Fucking poser, fuck you, listen to real music!!!!
+Hubert Eichson that escalated quickly :')
haha no shit brother year 7 shit! and @hubert that'd obviously just make you 6 years older
Haha me too
Dude fr man.... I used to rip shit up at the ceres skatepark.. Years pass but the music and memories stay the same
I remember buying this cd at the record shop in town when it came out, that was along time ago now the shop closed down now. Haven't listened to this in a good amount of time, I'm here for nostalgia.
I went to like 20 of their shows back in the day! Hasn’t been a day I don’t listen to at least one of the songs!
I'll be 80 years old coming back to this album.
Same..
Definitely same
If I make it to 80 I will too.
Same
nothing will ever sound as good as this album :(
Alwayskeepthefaith 21 ain’t that the truth
Facts
100% fact . This is one of the best albums ever made
So true
Well, Ronnie himself said it. Nothing is going to sound like Dying is Your Latest Fashion... EVER!.

The REAL fans dont need the lyrics 😂😂💯
One of my all time favourite songs. Even after 14 years ...
2021 and I still love this whole album. One of the few that I dont feel like I want to skip any of the songs.
True
Only one I skip is Situations.

Alexi before you were a glint in your fathers eye, we were there experiencing it for the very first time.
This was Escape the Fates best album and band lineup none of their other stuff comes close. Ronnie Radke FTW
This and stand up and scream by AA

Still one of my fav albums 2023…idk if Rodney will ever outdo this album. Has helped me thru life when I’m in need.
Everytime I find myself in a cold dark place, I stumble around blindly and find my way back to this album and it pulls me thru.
This album is a masterpiece and the best made by Ronnie Radke till date. Nothing tops this either Escape the fate or Falling In Reverse
Still his best album.
Still is his best
Because it's Ronnie radke not Craig pegged
I turn 30 next year.
I remember arguing with my friends over how the EP was better than the album..
Ah, good times.
This is fucked up
There goes my day
I listen to this when I make a stupid mistake. I just did. So here I am.
"The mountains I have climbed… Help me enjoy the fall."
this songs really insanely good... blows my mind how people come up with this
They stole the riff from Halifax
I like how this one is completely different from the others on the album
Best song on the album. This is his magnum opus and I can guarantee you he would tell you that. Deep down if you had a deep conversation with R

RONNIE RONNIE RONNIE RONNIE WAS THE LIFE OF THIS BAND

Yeah, I think drugs were the life of the band...
The drummer is the only one left right?
WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE ORIGINAL BAND
This is an amazing album I really love every single songs but "The Webs We Weave" still remain one of the best song for me.
I'm going to be listening to this masterpiece at all times for the rest of my entire life.
It's extremely powerful.
