Thank You for posting WOW brings back memories of 60+ yrs hearing Tantun Ergo played on a grand organ. Mr.Oelkers THANK YOU for your talent and sharing it with all of us BRAVO Pax+
Wirklich sehr schön musiziert. Klangfarben großartig eingesetzt. Schlicht und gerade deswegen sehr berührend. Diese Musik strahlt eine einzigartige Ruhe aus. Danke, dass wir daran teilhaben dürfen. Very nice performance. The "colors" of the sound (in German: "Registration") are splendid. A nice and unpretentious melody and exactly for this reason it is so touching. This music gives me a unique tranquility and calmness. Thank you for presenting it on YT!
by far in my opinion the finest example of a well built digital organ on RUclips. This organ boasts the most successful sound of any digital I've ever heard, and I'm only hearing it on computer speakers at that. What a beautiful console, too.....looks like a Cavialle Coll.
Beautiful! Why don't churches have organs anymore? If I attend another church with powerpoint lyrics and people waving their hands to 10,000 reasons I'll scream.
How much would this organ cost? How many channels? Can I add pipes? Can I have moving, wood drawknobs and pistons? this organ is really nice! It blows Allen out of the water!
I've searched for THIS MELODY, of "Tantum Ergo" by St. Thomas Aquinas, and all searches on RUclips led me to the other version.....which pales to me, with this great melody. Can anyone tell me how to distinguish this, as both melodies give St. Thomas Aquinas credit......Thank you for this version, that which I knew in my childhood. God Bless.
I am still wondering! It's not Faure, Mozart, or Bach. It's simple like a chant but I know I have sung harmony.... UGH WHAT IS IT? Matt Maher uses the same tune in his adoration song. I can't figure it out!
En este día les invito a compartir el Tantum Ergo… las últimas dos estrofas del Pange Lingua que solemos cantar durante la adoración al Santísimo Sacramento…
Thank You for posting

It is so good to hear hymns from the Gregorian Hymnal played in this time. Thanks
Oh how wonderful to listen to the clarity and brilliance of this NEW ORGAN...it brings God down to earth and unto man.
Hampton Va., Amen!

Yes, I was looking for this melody, too. Not sure how to distinguish it.
As i remember from childhood, this was always followed by another tune with latin lyrics, but i can't remember what that was. Any ideas?
"Salutoris Hostia?" (or close to that)
I am still wondering! It's not Faure, Mozart, or Bach. It's simple like a chant but I know I have sung harmony.... UGH WHAT IS IT? Matt Maher uses the same tune in his adoration song. I can't figure it out!
Text: Thomas Aquinas
Tune: John Wade
