I got Vila and was saving for lucy because I liked her design... BUT, after playing the event story, WIndsong had grow on me....AHHHHHHH NOW I AM GOING CRAZY.
Thanks for the insight, I've been trying to be spoiler free for future patches. But looking 1 patch ahead and originally thinking to improve my star team, as I don't have 37, I thought Windsong might be a good team upgrade. But Lucy should be flexible to sit in that team, similar to what I've done with 6 and A knight.
I'm a new player (played 2 weeks before Windsong banner end) and I pulled Windsong, got her in 40 pulls. She helped my account a lot and I'm glad I didn't skip her. On her rerun I'm gonna try to P2 her.
Clank clank! I have about 200 pulls stacked, but I'm still skipping Windsong just to give myself the peace of mind that I do not have to 50/50 Lucy or play extra hard to afford pulling Lucy. I think a big portion of stress coming from the game is from knowing that there's this 50/50 to get by and I've since* been avoiding that stress. I'm not pulling as much characters in my suitcase, but when I do wish to I'll make sure failing 50/50 will not ruin my day. edit: typo
Windsong is acquired but at what cost. After pulling 6, Vila and now her back to back, I ain’t got no dust , no sharpodonty and no materials. Only 9k clear drops and a dream to get Lucy 🥺.
The timing for this video appearing in my recommendation was epic you successfully change my mind to gamble on her banner I did a 10 pull and got her and druvis and have like 100 pulls left for lucy

Since my account is desperate for plant characters, I pulled hard for Marcus - figuring that if I got her, I could pass on Vila's banner and afford to go for both Windsong and Lucy. But unfortunately, I lost the 50/50 on Marcus and thus had to pull for Vila so I would at least have somebody to put on my plant team. Which now means I can't pull for Windsong. Clank. Clank.
Other characters are faster than her ....the only place she really shines is raids with the cheese strategy,but even at that,other characters can still go almost as good as her

If your not a new player and are able to clear all content reliably get the one you like the most. That is the answer. It's a game that isnt difficult enough at a high level to skip a high tier character for another high tier with more utility.Clank clank.
That’s an turning point for all of us. Windsong’s banner preceding Lucy’s and Kakania’s is a hell of a thing. So hard to choose. I’ll give preference for Lucy cause she’s limited, gorgeous, strong af, have an impressive dinamic gameplay, and is worth of the name limited (unlike Jiu). Windsong is strong and gorgeous, but her preset kit makes me afraid of repeating her moves over and over again and get bored too easily.

I already decided to pull for Windsong a good while ago, but your videos convinced me to get Vila with her. As a Intellect/Spirit character collector, I'm only now beginning to get enough 6☆ for the other afflatuses. In that way, your viewpoints have been very helpful for me in planning my pulls. The game has been very kind to me as well with mostly low pity on my pulls. Appreciate you, keep it up 🙂↕️
sniffle... Jiu, Isolde and Vila bullied me too hard with all of them taking 100+ pulls... now I have 5 pulls left so I can only get one more at most... sniffle sob sniffle... I currently have about 190 pulls since I had horrible luck with Vila. Still, I should have enough to try for Windsong while also being guaranteed Lucy before the end of 1.8. If I fail the 50/50, then I could use the guarantee on Kakania instead. Or if I get lucky, I'll go for the custom banner to get Spathodea or Jessica instead.
I am not held at gunpoint when I'm saying Im skipping Lucy and Windsong, as f2p even though I have more than enough pulls to full pity both. But I am tired of people being surprised at my accounts in multiple gachas where I have skipped meta units simply because they're not my type gameplay wise.

If they do wanna give the true limited a bit of rerun then whenever a half or year anniversary they could easily put their portrays in the special shop. It’s going to be costly but hey, they are true limited.

She might be the strongest undee certain conditions, but do i really need another DPS if I have Jiu, Markus and later Lucy? Survivability is also more important than another DPS. As f2p i got p2 isolde after jiu banner, p1 vila and now p0 windsong. Now i am left with 0 pulls but i am confident I'll be able to get the robo girl because this game give us so many free pulls and the limited banner exists for so long! Before the jiu banner i saved up 140+ pulls. after i got jiu i didn't know what to do with all the pulls i had left and the ones i saved throughout the whole patch. So i ended up getting a p2 isolde and I don't have spathodea. This time i am just gonna keep pulling everyday or every couple days hoping to get lucy. it's going to he more exciting this way. About windsong she is so strong that she's making my other dpses look bad. I think y'all are gonna regret if u don't get her just like i regretted not getting spathodea because i could've had them all at p0 easily. Only reason i can think of why you should skip windsong is if there's a character right after lucy that you absolutely need. So yeah these are my thoughts

Sure, she's really strong and versatile, but her chara's design and story isn't my jam. I'll only pull for her bc I am not interested in any future characters beside maybe Argus/37 rerun

As someone who started recently and got Vila and Windsong Do I really need more DPS if my 2 50/50 losses have been to dps's Ik Lucky is limited and all but is that worth it when future supports are dropping or is still just going for her the play?

In the last few days of Vila, which is better to pull P0 Vila, or P0 Windsong? I have all of the newly released characters over the 1.2-1.7 but only Layla and Sotherby from standard (yes, that includes Marcus as obtained). My main healers are Tooth Fairy and Dikke. Sotherby is ok. I'm training Baloon Party (but she gives me the creeps) for Mineral healing. Is it still better to get F2P P0 Villa or P0 Windsong? Everything after that is for Lucy and 1.9.
I can get both windsong and lucy, but i will likely miss Kakania. I have some good supports (Tooth, Vila, Yenisey, 6 and AAL). Is Kakania that good that I miss Windsong or not?

I have p3 jiu, marcus and her best team (vila, 6, an an lee.), a p1 37, a tooth fairy, p2 isolde, ect every 6 star except spathodia and ezra. I have everyone but my eyes are set on kakania. she's the love of my life and I will do anything for her. i like windsong, and am considering pulling her (does she make a good babysitter for 37?) and I don't really care about lucy. is every other meta, t0 unit aside from lucy good enough? is she that important that all my previous meta pulls doent matter? because I want to grab windsong and kakania and skip lucy. i can full clear limbo, uttu, everything with my current roster

My only star dps, who i consider as a sub-dps is regulus. Tnx to vila, regulus can clear endgame content whenever i need a star dps. So windsong is a skip on my account

I have 12k crystals and 10 unilogs only because Vila got me the second multi that would be enough to do a 50/50 if I get windsong well and if it doesn't I give the guarantee to kakania because at least I have to arrive with 30 unilogs at 1.9
I started my account from patch 1.7, no Jiu's psychube. Should I just skip Windsong because I don't have the preferred psychube and wait for Lucy? or I should still pick her up? ( i did skipped Marcus )
They are adding psychubes for every character. Windsong will have her own psychube available in the fragment shop. You don't need Jiu's psychube. Windsong's psychube is better for Windsong.
i have 120 pull save up at the moment and im gonna go for both lucy and windsong, worst case scenario I lose them both and quit the game, best case scenario i got them both and skip 2.0 to wait for tuesday 2.1

A dot is used here as a decimal separator, so at first I read that as you having 33 clear drops XD Anyway, with the absolute worst luck you need 140 pulls to guarantee a character, so 25200 clear drops. For 2 characters and absolute worst luck it would be 50400. But Jaka said we can get 104 or 114 pulls in 1.9 (let's assume 104). That means you would need 280-104=176 pulls, which is 31680 clear drops. So yeah, by the end of 1.9 you should make it.

Of course you should, not only she is meta, but a very beautiful girl with a stunning VA. For Lucy and Kakania there will be full patch ahead of us.

Lucy has separate banner pity so if you are very unlucky you need 140 pulls

I was planning on skipping Windsong but during Vila pulls I got her and spath (in that order irrc), so I think I can guarantee the next one right? Either windsong or kakania. So now I'm considering pulling for WS, but I already have 37 as my star dps. And i love kakania's design. Hard choice
is there a table for the information you have for the total pulls we can get in the 1.9 update except for the 30 pulls you get by logging in?

In the last few days of Vila, which is better to pull P0 Vila, or P0 Windsong?
I have all of the newly released characters over the 1.2-1.7 but only Layla and Sotherby from standard (yes, that includes Marcus as obtained).
My main healers are Tooth Fairy and Dikke. Sotherby is ok. I'm training Baloon Party (but she gives me the creeps) for Mineral healing.
Is it still better to get F2P P0 Villa or P0 Windsong?
Everything after that is for Lucy and 1.9.
I honestly don't like Lucy type of characters that are just strong in any scenario, it's boring and i really like Windsong so fuck Lucy

or you could just get lucky and get Windsong in 10 pulls. It sound crazy right but well... I've pulled both Marcus AND Villa in the 1st 10 pulls. It's like a dream so later I log on to ZZZ and pulled on Qingyi banner.. and that my friend is how I came back to reality.

Yes they will be in the standard banner after 3 patches of their release.
New banner characters are added into the standard pool 3 patches after they were released. So Windsong will be added into the Standard pool after 2.1.
i support the option to pick her when she rerun, her kit it good but when you really scale her with other character in normal stage Windsong is not that different heck in some stage if luck it not on your side than it can be a close door. But hey it just an opinion do what ever you want with your account

I have p3 jiu, marcus and her best team (vila, 6, an an lee.), a p1 37, a tooth fairy, p2 isolde, ect every 6 star except spathodia and ezra. I have everyone but my eyes are set on kakania. she's the love of my life and I will do anything for her. i like windsong, and am considering pulling her (does she make a good babysitter for 37?) and I don't really care about lucy. is every other meta, t0 unit aside from lucy good enough? is she that important that all my previous meta pulls doent matter? because I want to grab windsong and kakania and skip lucy. i can full clear limbo, uttu, everything with my current roster

My only star dps, who i consider as a sub-dps is regulus. Tnx to vila, regulus can clear endgame content whenever i need a star dps. So windsong is a skip on my account

Unless the game have some kind of pvp content, I don't care about meta units 🤣 None of these character are my vibe, Joe on the other hand looks like Ghost Rider. If they make a skin for him with a skull head, I'm gonnaa gooo crazyyyyy
I have 12k crystals and 10 unilogs only because Vila got me the second multi that would be enough to do a 50/50 if I get windsong well and if it doesn't I give the guarantee to kakania because at least I have to arrive with 30 unilogs at 1.9

I started my account from patch 1.7, no Jiu's psychube. Should I just skip Windsong because I don't have the preferred psychube and wait for Lucy? or I should still pick her up? ( i did skipped Marcus )
They are adding psychubes for every character. Windsong will have her own psychube available in the fragment shop. You don't need Jiu's psychube. Windsong's psychube is better for Windsong.

i have 120 pull save up at the moment and im gonna go for both lucy and windsong, worst case scenario I lose them both and quit the game, best case scenario i got them both and skip 2.0 to wait for tuesday 2.1
the characters in this game are insane like, i cant imagine skipping anyone. gonna be pulling for 3 banners straight (lucy, kakania, joe) and honestly i still want windsong but im scared i wont get the other 3 🥲

I have approximately 33000 clear drops. Is this enough to guarantee both Windsong and Lucy?? Someone tell me please 😢
A dot is used here as a decimal separator, so at first I read that as you having 33 clear drops XD Anyway, with the absolute worst luck you need 140 pulls to guarantee a character, so 25200 clear drops. For 2 characters and absolute worst luck it would be 50400. But Jaka said we can get 104 or 114 pulls in 1.9 (let's assume 104). That means you would need 280-104=176 pulls, which is 31680 clear drops. So yeah, by the end of 1.9 you should make it.
