Came here to say the same thing. I don't have the experience you do, but according to the 2020 AHA PALS card in my hand, I would have to agree with you!!!

Great video! My only constructive feedback would be regarding your slide on depth of ETT insertion. I believe you meant to measure the depth of insertion in cm not mm.

Depth should be 15 cm, not mm

ETT depth is always measured in centimeters from the central incisors, not millimeters.
Of course, this was just a simple mistake but it is a massive one.

Good job but a few points.
Q3: it’s not a “bad idea” to continue 100% oxygen, it’s dangerous and toxic, needs to be stated clearly
Q5: A and D (the way your worded) are both correct. I’m sure you are aware that sinus tachycardia IS a sinus rhythm. Sinus only meaning the initial electrical impulse is generated in sinoatrial node
Same as other comments on the more precision regarding ETT size and depth of insertion. You realize that 15 mm is about 2/3 of an inch. Ridiculous number.
And it’s not a “positive pressure ventilation device” but a ventilator, providing CPAP mode most likely.

In the United States we mostly use cuffed tubes in the ER nowadays. They stay in place better and don't leak as much.
