    For clients that have a long sales cycle, do you have recommendations on how to track this?

      Interesting question! What I’d personally do is add an estimated sales cycle time in Airtable in days, the day where you send the last update email and an additional field to check how much time has passed since the last update (in days)
      When the time is equal to the estimated sales cycle time, you use that as a trigger to send the email!
